Laughter Poetry

Hendell always look for ways and means to create things that makes her happy through writing. She loves poetry and literature. She found freedom and strength when she is constructing words to create a beautiful creation. But in real life, she is aloof. Her doctor diagnosed her with Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD). That is why she is afraid of people and their judgements and criticisms. She find it hard to trust people so she close her doors and build a wall to protect herself from her own fears. But a guy named Harken suddenly came in the picture. In his presence and kindness, she found herself trusting so much. She learned to open up and discover the world outside her own imagination. However, all good things didn't last. Harken left her like everyone does that made her world turned dark again. And it get worse. She felt betrayed. Her heart filled with pain and bitterness. She became the opposite of her past self. When Harken came back, she knows what to do. Now, it’s her turn to hurt him.

Loving Jess was like navigating a labyrinth with no clear path. Every moment with Jess was a blend of joy and heartache, moments of pure bliss interspersed with uncertainty and longing. Her laughter was a melody that lifted spirits, yet her silence could be a chasm that swallowed hope. Loving her required patience, resilience, and an unwavering belief in the beauty of the journey, despite the challenges. Each day brought new opportunities to understand her a little better, to connect on a deeper level, and to cherish the unique bond they shared. “IKAW?” My eyes nearly popped out of my face when I saw him—the mysterious stranger from last night. Is it him? The same man? Parang gusto kong mahimatay. Wehh? Hindi pwede! Impossible! my inner voice screamed, pero ang katawan ko nanginginig na parang nakuryente. Hard f*ck na yata ng buhay ‘to. And suddenly, a memory crashed into me like a tidal wave. That night. That stupid, reckless night. The stolen kisses, the laughter between moans, the way he made me beg—“Wag kang titigil!”—like I’d lose myself if he stopped. I swore I’d never see him again. I swore it was just a one-night stand, a mistake I could bury. But now he’s standing right in front of me. Not just a man. Not just anyone. But the CEO. And worse… the ex-boyfriend who once shattered my heart. His smug grin sent shivers down my spine. “Of course. Why wouldn’t I?” he said, like fate itself was mocking me. I froze, torn between rage, fear, and something I couldn’t even name. My mind screamed run, but my heart whispered, stay. My world was spinning, and suddenly, every choice felt heavier than ever. Will this be the start of something dangerous… or a responsibility I can’t escape?
