With people threatening to leave, Shane had to suck it up and make a call. "Well, looks like we're not waiting for Lily. "Let's get this party started." The moment he said that, the lights in the hall cut out, throwing us all into pitch black. A second later, the LED screen at the back blazed to life. As grumbles filled the air, a video flashed onto the screen. It showed Shane and Joanna, caught in a compromising moment right beside my hospital bed. The crowd gasped in shock. Shane's face went ashen, and he shouted at the tech crew, "Who dared to play that video? Take it down now!"

“I don’t care what the two of you are, Lady Livia… I only care about what I see, and obviously, you are very important to him… More important than I could ever be.” I walked faster this time. If I start to cry now, I may not be able to stop until the whole afternoon. “Lady Dahlia, for the Goddess’ sake the two of us are not lovers! Sephora was cunning. Ambrose smiled a little, ducking a dark blade aimed for his head, just as thunder rumbled as Lady Valda struck her Shadow with bolts of lightning. The Shadow went down with a blood-curdling scream, writhing on the floor in pain. Lady Valda's dark eyes were filled with deadly satisfaction, as she sent another blast of lightning upon the Shadow. The Shadow stopped screaming.

She bit her lower lips as she clenched her fists by the side as she regained composure and spoke weakly “Don’t slander me. I … I don’t know what you are talking about.” She placed her hands protectively over her baby bump and stared vigilantly at Dana. “Ha…ha…ha…” Dana laughed “You think I am going to attack a child? I am not that bored.” She turned around to walk away with Lara and Sarah by her side, but Lizzie felt indignant. ‘What right did this broken shoe have to slander her?’ Looking at the weird gazes of the people around her, she walked forward and blocked Dana’s path before raising her voice but still keeping a pitiful appearance-

She stood in the hallway for another minute in silence, her hands clasped and held against her chin as ecstatic thoughts channelled through her. Eventually she headed upstairs towards her room where Lizzie, a small brunette servant girl of no more than sixteen was waiting for her on the landing. She had tucked herself away in the corridor, to remove herself quickly in the event of Athena and Felix being more adventurous. Mindful of Lady Louisa’s reputation she was very pleased they had quickly cooled off upon arriving back, as tempting as it had initially seemed.

The guardians followed his gaze, and indeed, a dark form seemed to be approaching, its energy clashing with the radiant vibes of the grove. Isolde, her instincts kicking in, said, "We need to intercept, and understand its intentions." Liora, holding out her hand, produced a gentle orb of light. "Let's use this to guide the shadow, lure it closer." The shadow, drawn to Liora's orb, began to take a more defined shape as it neared — a cloaked figure, its face hidden, emanating an aura of chaos and disruption.

a voice came from behind them. "Shadevils!" "Ida run," Liza said, looking at the magenta cloaked people. "Oh! The saviour, again?" a woman walked forward from the half a dozen people. "Mirenda! Go back with your crappy herd," Liza's voice was sharper and wilder. "Oh, Lizzie! You look hotter than before," Miranda made her flirty comment, shrinking her eyes. "Ida. Go," Liza was keen on making Ida go away.

Alex's Pov I turned to find Lizzie's eyes boring into mine as she squatted at the edge of the pool beside me. “Staring? What?” I stuttered. Her face remained impassive as she lowered herself into the pool. Her skin looked even paler now that the clothes were gone. She wore a black bra top and a pair of high waisted, thick swim panties. She had some freakish looking tattoos on her back, upper thighs and a flower tattoo around her belly button that looked out of place amongst the more deadlier drawings.

I hoped, desperately, that I did not look like I had been crying for hours even though I had. Lizzie practically skipped up to us and stopped just short of the bed. She looked over at Alyssa and blushed slightly, then dropped her eyes in the manner most subs would when they met a Dom, or in this case a Domme. "Hello, Mistress Alyssa," Lizzie greeted shyly. My jaw dropped to the ground. I didn't know Lizzie very well, but everything I did know about her said she was a sassy woman through and through. I would never expect this behavior from her.
