His Pretty Little Liar - The Devil’s Snare - Book 1

His Pretty Little Liar - The Devil’s Snare - Book 1

Niko As I survey the room, I notice three distinct doors, each providing access in and out of this space. The first door, positioned at the back, swings open to reveal a cramped area filled with storage cupboards. Among the clutter, I spot an elderly woman nestled among the shadows, her presence almost hidden. She exudes an air of gentle vulnerability, with silver strands framing her soft, weathered face. Though her age marks her features, she radiates a sense of inherent harmlessness, as if shaped by years of quiet resilience.

The Other Woman

The Other Woman

Ryan did not confirm nor deny it, but I could tell the truth from the guilty look in his eyes. The scorching summer day in June felt like winter to me. I held my breath in shock. What was I to Ryan, if that woman was his wife? "Stop faking it," the woman taunted me. Then, she went on to introduce me to the onlookers. "Ladies and gentlemen, take a good look at this homewrecker! She snatched my husband from me, and she had the audacity to ask him for an apartment."

Legacy of the Wolf

Legacy of the Wolf

Jay glanced sideways at the now hysterically cackling woman next to him but before he could say anything the very small, very angry older woman hopped off the counter and strolled around Lou with the cleaver still in her grasp, she stopped in front of Mj and leaned her arm on the oversized knife. “What is funny” she spat in Mj’s direction and Mj wiped at her eyes “I’m sorry I have never seen Lou get his ass handed to him in a kitchen before its, its...” Mj could not finish her sentence she lost her mind in laughter again, almost sliding to the floor. The older woman looked from Mj to Jay and then pointed a firm but crooked finger in Mj’s direction while whirling her question at Jay “this one

OMG this is an amazing book! I never write reviews on this app, but I had to for this book. I want this in print form so I can read whenever. I'm so invested in Mj's life. I cried, I laughed, sometimes so hard that I would wake up my guy. I will binge read it again when the second book comes out.

LOVE this book, compelling characters and intriguing story line. Looking forward to the next books in the trilogy. P.S. Keep writing Danger Beanz, do not listen to the haters. They're just jealous.

"This isn't what I'm looking for okay? I can't even swallow the food you cook, I'm so sorry but you can go home now. Mrs Leah lowered her head in disappointment as she watched the woman sealing out of her and just then,a lady walked into the midst of them. " Then I think i'll have to teste the food she prepared. Charlie uttered as her mother turned to glare at her. **** T b c

THE WOMAN WHOM HE COULDN'T BREAK

THE WOMAN WHOM HE COULDN'T BREAK

Amelia held out her tablet, the screen displayed a live security feed. Mildred’s private penthouse suite, and standing calmly inside it, looking directly into the camera, was Anthony Frank, alive, smiling, waiting, then he spoke, “Mildred,” his voice came through the speakers. “Come home,” the screen went black.

Her Man

Her Man

It was time to move on to another woman. We walked out of the room. As we walked down the stairs, my eyes met with Olivia's. The expression on her face was priceless. She looked disgusted and angry. But I was not bothered about what she thought. I was only bothered about her radiant complexion with flawless skin, her seductive curves that accentuate her femininity, her sparkling eyes, her long hair, and her elegant demeanor. I had never felt that a woman was out of my league like the way I felt at the moment. I knew Olivia was a beautiful woman, but it has been a while since I had seen her. I did not know that someone could transform to the best version in less than a year.

The billionaire leftover wife

The billionaire leftover wife

Damien stared at the shards, then laughed—a sharp, humorless sound that echoed against the walls. "Why am I just finding out" he muttered in a deceptively soft voice "She signed up for a husband lottery" Red hurriedly answered “A husband lottery?” he said incredulously. “You mean that show for bloody washed-up whores, desperate women, and social leftovers?” His laughter grew colder, harsher, carrying with it an edge that made Red flinch. “I wonder which category she fits,” he muttered, almost to himself. Red didn’t respond, silently waiting as Damien took another long pull from his glass.

A Woman in Despair

A Woman in Despair

As the number of viewers on the livestream grew each night, I felt myself dissolving, reduced to a piece of clockwork machinery designed to leak for a paying audience. Clients rotated in and out of the rooms. What I never expected to see was a familiar figure stepping into my room. It was the village chief, Martin Hansen, who reeked of tobacco. I hadn't imagined him to be part of this, too. I wasn't the only woman here. Whenever I was alone in my room, I could always hear the voices of other women drifting through the walls. Rodrick and Colby had turned this place into a living hell. Before every livestream, Rodrick would forcibly apply some pink cream onto my sensitive bud. Whenever I clamp

The Mother I Left Behind

The Mother I Left Behind

“Astrid… was my sister. She’s your mother’s twin. “She passed away twenty years ago. “No one in the family has ever brought up her name, how could you…?” I did not answer his question but followed up with another question instead. “When was her birthday?” His lips were trembling as he recited the sequence of numbers. I entered the combination into the number panel. Beep! The door opened after a faint beep. Stuffy air wafted out from within. What we saw stunned us both. It was the bedroom of a young woman.

Dear Ex-Husband, I Came Back To Destroy You

Dear Ex-Husband, I Came Back To Destroy You

I nodded my head, “We should try to go to bed.” I lay down on the bed and closed my eyes. I opened my eyes after some minutes to see that Calix was sound asleep. I picked up my phone and logged into the prototype cloud. I wanted to watch the footage again. I wanted to hear the conversation before Chloe and Calix’s grandpa but my hand accidentally clicked on the last clip. I was about to remove it when I saw the woman who helped Leah out of the penthouse enter the penthouse again. Who was this woman and what did she go in there to do?
