Mikky pindah apartemen karena putus dengan pacarnya. Pada awalnya Mikky bisa menikmati suasana baru, tetapi secara perlahan muncul keanehan-keanehan. Seorang pria besar bernama Tod Horgan muncul dan tiba-tiba menyuruhnya untuk tidak mendekati seorang gadis yang tinggal di apartemen sebelah. Gadis itu bernama Wendy Orsey.
