Charlie pressed his hand to her waist, not letting her leave, staring at her lips with a pained expression. "After all this talking, aren’t you thirsty?"
Candice replied, "…I’m not thirsty."
Charlie whispered, "I am."
Candice: "…There’s mineral water in the fridge."
Charlie cupped her face, his thumb brushing her lips, his head slowly leaning down. His voice was low and magnetic. "It’s too cold, I can’t drink cold stuff lately."
