After Ryan left yesterday, I spent the entire day drawing and labeling each ingredient we’ll need for the antidote, including the rare flower the healers told me is probably gone forever. Still, she holds my hand firmly and smiles at me while inquiring, "Alora, can you help us find these?" Lucien clears his throat with an exasperated sigh, and Laurel releases my hand so I can open the door. Lucien hands me a folded list from his pocket. It's a rather intriguing selection: Chrysanthemums, Fennel, Coltsfoot, Spearmint, Betony, Thyme, Marigold, Carnation, Rosemary. I point out, "I think we have most of these," and grab a pushcart on our way, asking, "Are you looking for seedlings or fully grown plants?"

Might help with all that overthinking you pretend you don’t do.” I smirk, nudging his shoulder with my knee. “Bold of you to assume I overthink. Maybe I’m just wise beyond my years.” He lets out a soft laugh, one of those low, warm sounds that makes my chest ache. “Of course. My mistake, Oracle of Lunaris Pack.”

And their raging hormonal scent made me want to puke. At least the people at the market place where mostly kids and elderly’s who had a tired and sour scent with all their day to day businesses which I could easily differ from Xenia’s. My eyes searched for the presence of a lilac dressed girl who was at this rate nowhere to be seen. There were other scents of omegas similar to her, flowers that I could easily guess. Marigolds, Mimosas, Peonies, Lily, Roses and other no-floral scents like citrus, vanilla, Pumpkin and what not.
