Hell Hounds

Hell Hounds

“What the hell?” “Mini portal. He ordered a book from their library by the looks of it. Where do you think the more interesting tomes went when the Library of Alexandria burned? Do you think they’d let their destruction happen? Well, they only took what they hadn’t copied. But you didn’t hear that from me. He gets them because of who he’s subbing for. Otherwise, this wouldn’t be happening. He’d be going to them.” Yolanda whispered to him. “Oh, come on, I’m just joking. Well, I hope I am. I wouldn’t know. But they’re known for their extensive knowledge and libraries. Fianna has the most knowledge on how to deal with supernatural creatures. When I mean to deal with them. It entails killing or

The Vampire's Flower

The Vampire's Flower

I walked towards it as I pushed the grand doors and entered the Royal Library. The library was magnificent, with towering mahogany bookshelves that reached the ceiling, filled with books of every size and color. The room was lit by tall candles, casting flickers of light on the books and illuminating the dusty corners of the room. At the center of the library was a grand table, surrounded by plush chairs, where ancient scholars and advisors often discussed matters of importance for the development of Eleneas which was nothing but a castle in the midst of lush green forests.

I Summoned Death Itself!

I Summoned Death Itself!

There were bookshelves floating in the air and on the ceilings. Wow…gravity doesn’t make sense here. It holds everything in its place with the only axis point being the books, parchment, or papyrus themselves. Journee stretched her neck and raise herself on tiptoes to take a closer look at the titles. There were many in languages she did not recognise. Yet there were some in Old English, Germanic, Latin and even the modern languages. “AH Hahahahahaha!” Damon’s laughter suddenly roared throughout the library. “My lord is going to be so happy with me!” Damon danced a jig as he read a scroll.

HER DAUGHTER'S REJECTED MATE

HER DAUGHTER'S REJECTED MATE

Studying the Lineages The library was quiet, lit only by narrow shafts of afternoon light and the occasional pop from the hearth. Ceres crouched in the farthest corner, books and scrolls splayed in a messy arc around her. Most bore the dust of decades. One had its bindings reinforced in wolfhide—a banned text, according to the royal scribe. She rolled open another scroll—this one marked Northern Blood Alliances: Pre-Fall Era. Her finger traced down until she saw it again.

The Kings Forbidden Mate

The Kings Forbidden Mate

The royal archives felt heavier than the winter winds outside, the air thick with the scent of aged parchment, dried herbs, and the faint metallic tang of ancient magic. Silver lanterns cast long, flickering shadows across rows of towering shelves, their light dancing over faded scrolls and leather-bound tomes that held secrets older than the Draven dynasty itself.

Stealing The Dragon's Heart

Stealing The Dragon's Heart

But I was determined to make the best of this day trip. Freya insisted we start with the fort's famed libraries and archives. As we walked between rows of bookshelves, I marveled at the sheer volume of information housed here. Ancient tomes bound in cracked leather contained hand-scribed accounts of dragonlore through the centuries. If only I'd had access to such resources earlier! I might have made sense of my role as dragonkeeper much sooner.

My Demon Life: Lucifer's Quest

My Demon Life: Lucifer's Quest

Say can't you just break down all the doors at the mansions. Lady: Do you see all those empty shelves? Apparently Lord Lucifer was placed with the task of the creation of a library with maximum security. After he built it ,the lords donated most of their important books to Lord Lucifer for safekeeping and in return he gave them this book. That is also why they don't want to break down the doors and risk losing all their knowledge. We believe this book to be the key and it mentioned seven books but the seventh book belonging to Lucifer was gone with him.

I give 5 stars on all criteria! I love the story and I really felt like I'm watching an anime. If you are into fast progressing and an intriguing story - this is it! I don't know exactly what good words more to say, but this book got me so excited I want to read all of it in one breath!

I realy love this book. but I hope the break is over soon. you said it was because of you're studies but the exams are over long ago and so is the Christmas break so when can we expect new content. I check every day and am disappointed because there is no new chapter. but I know it will be great. 🥰

Frozen Heart (the Heart Series, book 2)

Frozen Heart (the Heart Series, book 2)

The stone floor was covered with rugs. “Why is it called the Great Library?” Ayla asked Milton in a low tone. “Even the Royal Library from Myrthana is bigger.” “This is only the first floor.” He pointed to a staircase that led to a lower level. “There are many more floors beneath this one.” “Why is this called the first floor?” “When the Fire Monastery was first built, the Great Library was only on this floor. With time the Fire Mages started collecting more tomes, and they needed more space. They made the next floor beneath this one and called it the second floor,” Milton explained.

Hunter and the Hybrid princess

Hunter and the Hybrid princess

Lit up by very old and fading lamps and the cobblestone walls were decorated only by weapons used in the history of the cross, axes, swords, maces and clubs, Danté still wanted to know who had the brains to bring a club to a vampire fight, it must have been a brutishly strong hunter. The path opened to the reading room, this looked like a cutout from a vintage castle, thick and bright red carpet, a few chairs and bookshelves, someone here in the Cross had a duty to swap these books out with others ones from the library deeper in. When all the cows are fed, the swords sharpened and the guns oiled, this is where you find yourself when there is nothing else to do, one isn't allowed to just stro

Clash of the Battle Valley Empires

Clash of the Battle Valley Empires

He cursed at the thought. A guard led Oliver into the library in the scholar's wing. It was enormous a cathedral of knowledge, with ceilings that seemed to kiss the sky. The scent of old parchment, ink, and sandalwood filled the room. Shelves made of dark polished wood stretched from the floor to the high ceiling, packed tightly with scrolls, ancient manuscripts, leather-bound books, and records of kingdoms long gone. The scent of old parchment mingled with fresh ink, dust motes drifting lazily in the beams of sunlight that filtered through glass windows. Scrolls and leather books, others worn, were arranged meticulously by subject.
