Lightning Mcqueen Novels & Stories

With a smooth, hydraulic hiss, the dihedral doors of the McLaren swept upward like the wings of a bird. The interior lights flared on, illuminating the custom black leather and blue stitching. The engine hummed to life, a low, throaty growl that vibrated in the soles of my feet. The paparazzi went wild. Flashes exploded like strobe lights, blinding and frantic. "Miss Mercer! Over here!" "Look this way! Is it a gift? Who's the benefactor?" "Lexi, move out of the shot!" I ignored them all. I looked over my shoulder at Maya, who was staring at the open car door with her mouth hanging open, looking like she was about to faint.

“So, are you turning out those tuner cars? You know, like in the classic Fast and the Furious films?” I let out a groan. “I mean... we’ve done them. There’s this Hollywood actor who’s obsessed with that style, even though it’s been out of fashion for ten years. About once a year, he orders a Mitsubishi Eclipse or an Acura Integra. He always demands eight hundred horsepower and some massive, ugly spoiler. I swear, if I have to stick one more giant robot decal on a car door, I’m going to lose it.” Lyanna started laughing. “A famous actor? Like a real movie star? For real?”

He wanted her dead so he wouldn't have to look at the queen he’d traded for a spy. Madison didn't fight the shove. She leaned into it. She waited until the rear of his Mustang clipped her fender. Then, she pulled the e-brake and flicked the wheel. The Lykan danced. It spun on a dime, the rear end swinging out until her back tires were hanging an inch over the empty air. Time slowed to a heartbeat. She saw the dust motes in the headlights. She saw the terror in Austin’s eyes as he realized she wasn't falling.

Then he looks back at the lineup. “Then that’s a neon-accented McLaren. See how the doors are tilted up a little? Like wings getting ready to fly.” He points at a car with glowing green accents that make it look like it’s from the future. “And… a Bugatti. Midnight blue finish.” “She’s so glossy you can see your own reflection trembling on the surface.” He whispers that last part right into my ear, and his breath tickles, making me shiver. “So tell me, baby. Which one?” he asks again, his lips still close to my skin like he'd rather ruin me with kisses than make the choice himself.

“And no, it wasn’t Max. He meant to intervene but turns out he didn’t need to. Should I tell you all why? Or do you already know?” “Stop!” My mother strictly said. This is how she sounded when she berated us. Kent’s smile grew further up his cheeks. He looked at me, then came closer to examine me. His dark eyes followed my body, up and down. “Plain. Simple. Nothing extraordinary about her. Nothing like Marianna.” He stopped in front of me, his eyes reading mine. He searched for a few seconds, not sure what he was looking for, but I was being taken by their color. They weren’t fully black. It was almost like they had a hue of red in them. This was the first time I had seen a werewolves—a male

It had been a quiet ride before the lighting flash. Phyna knew at once that it wasn't a time to argue or talk with h and just continued driving. All he could think of was of her face and the disappointment in her eyes when his hand reached for the door. it was quick but long enough time for his memory to capture her face.

To think that even Jack would be so interested in her reward. “Rights to Raiden. That is what I will get if I complete this mission flawlessly.” Kylie informed the mob, and their mouths opened wide in shock. Raiden, the flashy vehicle that Aiden used, was a state-of-the-art technological marvel that was honestly, wasted in the hands of Aiden. Raiden had a fully functional AI, complete with modern firearms and protective mechanisms that made it such that no one other than those approved to use it could start the vehicle. Raiden was vastly expensive, so much so that even with the Lion King tribe’s vast resources, they were unable to create more than a few of its kind. Apart from Raiden, the on
