“Let’s go get a pizza.” I grab a jacket from the coat tree beside the door, slipping it on and reaching into the pocket for the keys to my Mustang. I’ve always had a thing for fast cars and the Mustang is my latest acquisition, shiny and black with white racing stripes. Serena follows me outside and I click the key fob to unlock the doors, climbing into the drivers’ seat as she slips in on the passenger side.

It looked pretty cool, like a race car. “This is my favorite car out of all Louis’ cars, the McLaren Speedtail.” She started the engine and slowly drove it out of the gate. Elaine’s eyes widened when she suddenly sped up, almost making her heart drop from the surprise. “Isn’t that a bit too fast, Mommy Hacel?” Elaine nervously asked.

Hailee smiled sheepishly. “Uh-huh! That was incredible. I wonder who’s the racer behind those mind-blowing stunts.” She giggled dreamily. Well, it got me curious too. But when I moved my gaze down on the racetrack, it was the exact moment as the racer was revealed to our eyes. A silent gasp escaped my lips, my jaw dropped and eyes couldn’t be more wide. Atlas Cameron gorgeously stood up next to his sports car, the blue McLaren. He then, removed his helmet and put it in between his arm and side as he faced the three guys who were seemingly congratulating him.

My stomach did a backflip and I quickly gripped the door handle as if my life depended on it, trying to play it cool. Not panicking. Nope. Totally fine. Damian eased the Rolls to a stop just shy of this crazy water wall. A thin sheet of water floated mid-air with no pipes and no BS, just glowing with electric-blue “D.T.” letters that flickered and vanished like a glitch in the matrix. They dropped dead quietly, poofed into mist before hitting the ground. And around it? A whole pack of matte-black beasts (Rimac, Pininfarina, and a custom Koenigsegg) crouched low and mean, with underglow pulsing softly, as if they were breathing in sync with the house.

"In lane one, we have Viper in his modified Dodge Challenger! Lane two features our returning champion, the mystery racer known only as Black Red! Lane three brings us Nitro in his souped-up Mustang! And in lane four, we have newcomer Phoenix in what might be the fastest BMW we've ever seen on this track!"

Lissie was riled by what the other racers were doing. "It's still within the rules" Lucca speaks without tearing his gaze away from the beaten red car. "Shit, get out of there" Marco's hands are balled. "I can't watch this" Lexie is already tearful seeing how Sonic 01 hits number 42 to the edge. Sparks fly as metals creak. Smoke is filling the track from engines and screeching tires. It's chaos down there but no one could intervene. "Get out of there!" Xander screamed the terror and panic he had been holding back.

"Who says I'm racing?" "How do you know about this then?" I'm quite confused now. "I'm just a watcher. I don't race cause I don't have the talent. Back then Trevor himself was the one who asked me to accompany him, that's why I know about this." "Oh.." I can't help getting curious in this racing thing. Trevor announce me that we have arrived. My eyes wonder around the track. It is so colorful and bright. A lot of cars lining up at each side and most of the cars had been modified. I saw a Nissan skyline GT-R that had been modified. Next to the Nissan, it's a green Honda NSX- Type R with a yellow neon collor at the underside of the car.

"Did you see Black Raven ?! He's so hot!" I winced at the shouts of the women behind us. Four racers were fighting, I realized that Gabriel was also one of them operating the yellow McLaren. Kuya Loren and Gavin lead them. Gabriel chases but he can't keep up with Kuya's speed. People were screaming at the smooth drift that Kuya Loren made. It looks like he will win again. I smirked, but everyone was so quiet that Gavin quickly chased after him and went with Loren. Trembling rumbled in my chest as I watched the cars almost fly away.

My eyes so focus on his red car "Now" Marco said as the green light turn on Zac drove crazily in speed and he's 2nd place now. He need to complete this racing venue in 5 laps. It's a really big venue and it made me nervous more. My eyes never left his car. "Yes he's 1st now" I smiled as Matt said that , he's 1st on the 3rd lap. He's speeding up crazily and he's so tight between the 2nd place racer. Oh please.. God please let Zac win and achieve his dream

“Well, I see that you’re busy right now, Lianne, so maybe I should get going. I’ll catch up with you later?” ‘Hell no!’ my mind stressed. I definitely don’t want to catch up with him! But because my friends were watching, I just simply nodded at him, albeit hesitantly... Jen and Alona were all smiles when he left us. He strode towards another side of the parking lot and into a rather ridiculously expensive-looking silver race car. A man in a black suit opened the polished door for him and in he went after glancing at us briefly. “He is definitely a CEO alright. That car is a McLaren 12C’!” Jen gasped.
