I look to the bed and note it hasn’t been slept in. Wait a minute, where is she? Then I hear her moan, I realise it’s coming from her main door, and as I move there, I see Fang’s silhouette standing over something. That’s when I see Lilli, she is on the floor by the door and she is having a nightmare. I turn on the light and coax her awake, she stirs and wipes her eyes. She looks so much like a child when she does that. It’s a shock to see, but so lovely too.

Two sharp fangs emerged from Lucas’s mouth as he brought his face close to Lilith’s neck. His jaw tightened. His breath deepened. Lucas was clearly restraining himself, especially as Lilith’s body froze in his grip. He pulled away, still showing Lilith his sharp fangs. Her mind rejected it, but her eyes did not. His irises shifted to crimson under the sunlight. “Is this real enough for you now?” Lucas asked quietly. His cold breath brushed against Lilith’s face. Her legs trembled. “No...” Lilith whispered weakly. Lucas let go of her immediately. He stepped back as if he were the danger to her.

It was a jagged, gleaming shard of obsidian, its surface pulsing with an eerie light. “That’s it,” Dani said, her voice barely above a whisper. As they approached, the air grew heavier, and Lyla felt the forest’s energy retreating. She reached out hesitantly, her fingers hovering over the Fang. Before she could touch it, a deep growl echoed through the cavern. From the shadows emerged a massive wolf, its fur as black as the void and its eyes glowing with the same light as the Fang. It bared its teeth, its growl reverberating through the cavern.

Like a Sabertooth tiger. She couldn’t think it, no, because to think it made it real. It couldn’t be real. It didn’t exist. He didn’t exist, not like that.

Do you remember the guy in Arizona who tried to touch her ass? His hand will never be right again.” He looks terrified and Lil is openly laughing.
