I grunted and rolled in pain when I felt a heavy weight sit on my stomach, pinning my hands on the dirt. “This woman right here had the guts to fight us! Come on, let’s show them what we got.” the man who called me little girl before licked his lower lip as his eyes were now laced with lewdness and obscene thoughts circulating in it. I backed away and tried to kick him when one of his friends kicked my face, almost leaving me unconscious. Their laughter echoed in my ears as I felt their fingers snaking their way up to my thighs when a blistering animalistic growl vibrated throughout the region. Before I knew it, the man flew away.

Lia stopped suddenly and a growl escaped from her mouth as she heard Aidan's name. "Oh, so that asshole is around here? Great. Another throat to tear out tonight." She snarled. Momentary pain shot through her lower lip as her fangs came out, and she tasted blood. Her inner wolf cried out, mad with hunger for Aidan's blood. The guard who was pushing her stared in shock, his eyes widening. "David," he called to his fellow security guard "I think... I think this is one of—them."

Lilia roared loudly, her body filled with anger as she stared at both men before her. The great light from her eyes brightened the room as both men scanned around in fear as their lips began to tremble. Lilia's face began to transform, hairs began to grow rapidly on her face, her teeth elongated and they became pointy and so sharp that the tip twinkled to the touch of the light. Her ears began to grow longer in the form of a wolf and her fingers grew long and sharp.

Like a devil who had waited too long for revenge. Soon, Gogo and Henzel walked in. They didn’t speak. They didn’t bow. They were warriors. Strong ones. Both second class. But their skills were high. High enough to fight a first class warrior and stay standing. The Elder didn’t smile. He simply spoke. “Today, we strike back.” His voice was low. “We will wash away the shame of what was done to Topa. We will send a message that the Ironfangs are not to be mocked.”

“Calm down girl…” “Arrrgh!!” I tried going for it again, but this time I couldn't shake him off. He pulled me to himself, and before I could realize it, his lips were on mine, hot, trembling and the movement of his lips made me realize I had fangs now instead of teeth. I don't know what kind of crazy evolution was happening now, but all the thirst and mad hunger suddenly seems to have left me, while my lips and his are still pressed together.

“Thanks, Lila. Be careful, okay?” She gave me a faint, nervous smile before hurrying away. I stood there, staring after her, my thoughts a storm. A Silverfang in our pack and I was here and I knew that alone could start a war if handled wrong and if Rhys was as angry as Lila said, I could only imagine how bad this might get.

Xander lit the tobacco in his mouth, "The fewer people know about your real identity, the higher chance for us to move freely. It’s what you call a clean slate, Lilith." I kept sighing hearing petty excuses from him, or so I thought. I couldn't help but show my disappointment about it, "Those were innocent lives. Those were people. They had family, too. They weren't even connected to the Morgans, were they?" But he responded differently from what I expected. He laughed maniacally without any sign of remorse, "Innocent, you say? If only you had known who they were, I highly doubt you would even want them alive. Not even a single soul from those deserves to live. None!" he was berated.

Might as well have some fun. “Okay, so how about you be a gentleman and let me light one with whatever magic you used.” This chick has a mouth. I almost smirk. I turn around and blink a few times when I realize it’s Lilith. Fuck me. She looks a lot hotter up close. She has just enough makeup to make her features stick out. Her eyes are so blue they remind me of sapphires. And her mouth is in a pout that makes me want to claim it for my own. And that body, I want to know what it tastes like.

Nothing can restrict her here except… “Who is your little kitty? Who is your baby? I am a human being and I belong to no one, okay?” Lilian puffed her cheek with anger. Her transparent skin turned red because of anger. Evan laughed when he saw his kitty was angry but still trying her best to concentrate on driving.

He waved his hand, and a projection appeared in the air. My mouth ran dry when I saw my parents chained to a large tree. “It’s an illusion,” I scoffed. “You should be able to tell if it is or not. You can wield the Source's power after all.” He sneered. I looked closely at the projection, my heart dropping to my stomach. And that was because it wasn't an illusion at all. No, this was real. “The Lumi likes feeding off human essence just as Vampires do. Just that their method is quite crude.” He gestured at the projection again.
