General POV The Following afternoon was a quiet one. And this quietness had rubbed off on the boutique itself which seemed too serene today for business hours. Racks stood neatly arranged while mannequins lay frozen in mid-pose. As for Lilith, she was sitting in her small office at the back, her laptop was open with a spreadsheet glowing on the screen. However, she wasn’t working…Not really. Rather, the business she had occupied herself with was searching for Damien and his company online.

It has been two days since Elara sat in this room. Lilith is a woman whose kindness and warmth quickly make her feel at home. Lilith exudes the nurturing aura of a mother figure, and Elara finds herself drawn to her comforting presence. She appreciates her excellent cooking skills and how she always seemed to have a positive outlook on life. So once Lilith finished getting ready Felix held his arm out and escorted her around her own castle, around the grounds, they were talking and laughing and Lilith actually looked happy for a change. "Try not to kill yourself, pup." My body was crying out in agony from training, and my pride ached from being so soundly beaten. Not strong enough. The words clattered around inside my head, taunting me. I breathed deeply and followed Abbadon down the corridor, still tense when the scent of something acrid and sweet wafted into my nose. Lilith was settling in at home in the kitchen. She leaned against the counter, grasping an apple in her hand, its crimson skin shining brightly in the muted light. She took a bite slowly, conscientiously, her pointed fangs piercing the apple before she chewed slowly, as if something far more rich was being enjoyed.

Mrs. Smith's voice wavered. "She would often come to our home seeking comfort and guidance. But one day, she arrived dishevelled and bloodied. Mrs. Smith swallowed hard as Lilith shifted uncomfortably, her face paling as she realised the gravity of what Mrs. Smith was about to reveal.

Lilith: Already downstairs. Of course she was. She didn't look like someone who'd rushed over. Lilith stood near the reception area, phone tucked away, posture loose, coat draped over one arm like she'd planned to take it off slowly. She smiled when she saw me. Her usual seductive smile. "Thank you for seeing me," she said, stepping closer. "I know you're busy. I mean with everything..." "Let's make it quick," I replied, cutting her off as I turned toward my office.

She rolled her eyes and hissed at me. “Look Lilith!!, I have grown attached to her!!, I just want to know where I stand in her life and as well what game she is playing!.” I explained. Lilith smiled at me, she strolled close to me and smiled wider with her eyes popping. She ran her index finger from my shoulder down to my elbow, she licked her lips slowly like she was set on slow motion, I searched for saliva in my mouth that went dry the moment she began to act seductive, I almost swallowed my tongue out of desperation. She stared deeper into my eyes like she was searching for something

The joy on the woman’s face was overwhelming "Thank you, Miss." "You have earned it." Lilith said ever so kindly. The redhead left them with renewed energy. "That was mighty kind of you I say" Elizabeth resumed the conversation. Lilith took another sip of her drink "If you were kind, I don’t see why I can’t do the same?" that smothering smile came back "this world is cruel and bleak enough and if you have a chance to make someone's day…well then, some of it goes away." Elizabeth started drinking her Apple Toddy, it was a new and strange flavour but she liked it quite a lot.

Candles flickered on stone altars, their flames bending toward something in the center. A figure stood there. Lilith. Her hair hung loose, her white dress stained with black smears like ink. She was whispering under her breath, eyes rolled back, hands glowing faintly as she drew strange marks in the air. When she turned, she smiled at me. “Don’t wake him,” she said softly. “Not yet.” “Where’s Griffin?” My voice shook. She didn’t answer. Instead, she reached out and touched one of the symbols hovering midair, and it burst into flame. The heat hit me like a wave, and suddenly, Griffin was there again, on his knees behind her, chains made of shadow coiled around his wrists.
