Scarlett's POV I bob my head to the music, plugging my phone in as I hope it works. It dings briefly, a lightning symbol flashing across the screen before it disappears. “Fuck, “ I mutter, opening all the compartmnents to find another charger. What kind of billionaire doesn’t have chargers stashed all over his sleek black tech car? I look up, meeting Ares' scared eyes on the other side of the windscreen, his eyes pleading as though he's trying to pass a message.

Aetherion Academy towers above me. It's carved into the cliffs like it belongs there—stone and iron and something older woven through it. Massive archways stretch toward the sky, banners snapping in the wind, dark against the gray-blue backdrop. Flickering golden lights spill out of the windows and all around. Like you can literally see the magic alive here. It's beautiful.

“The abyss… it has no bottom. Only more pleasure.” I traced a finger through the mess on her thigh and brought it to her lips. She sucked it clean with a soft moan. “Yes,” I whispered. “And we will fall into it together. Forever.” Silas kissed her deeply. “The yearning is eternal.” Rook rumbled with possessive satisfaction. “Deeper every time.” Wren’s light wrapped around them all. “The abyss is home.”

“You’ve been outside before.” He nodded. “Before they called it outside.” I pushed to my feet, unsteady. “Where is this?” He glanced up at the racing clouds. “The boundary,” he said. “Where the first law bled into the world and nobody bothered to clean it up.” I swallowed. “Can they reach me here?” His mouth curved into something that wasn’t a smile. “Eventually.” The word hit like a clock starting. I hugged myself against the cold. “My mother—”

The transition into the Indigo Abyss was not a physical impact, but a biological theft. As the First Mother’s Breath crossed the event horizon of the dark nebula, the vibrant violet gold light of Astraea was snuffed out, replaced by a suffocating, ink-like blackness that seemed to eat the ship’s resonance shielding. I felt my Tempered Heart stutter, the sixty beat rhythm struggling against a localized "Resonance Dead Zone" that turned my blood to cold lead. Beside me, Lyra let out a soft, musical whimper, her crystalline Prism Wolf form flickering as the vacuum tried to refract her very soul into nothingness.

My vision started to blur out, I felt even more exhausted. “Cara?” Tau’s voice sounded lower than it was. I could not hear a word he was saying. I completely lost my balance, and before I knew it everywhere was dark, quiet and empty. Freya, Khan, I will return to you two. Rapha, Aaliyah, I will return with a mate. Please, be safe.

said the voice in Owen's body. I looked up and saw all around me, "NO! AS LONG AS I LIVE, THE LIGHT WILL NEVER BE BECOME BEATEN BY THE DARKNESS" I screamed loudly and closed my eyes, my body levitated. As he stared at her, he suddenly saw a face of a little girl reflecting on her olive eyes and he heard a small voice calling him by a different name. Eventually, the voice became clearer and clearer. The voice of a little girl was repeatedly calling his name, and she was crying. He was confused and he felt an abrupt painful thumping on his chest. Scared of the unforeseen reflections, he pushed Nemiah and blamed her for the sudden commotion

Otherwise, there would not have been radio silence after three millennia regarding them. Alex asked her, “What exactly is the Abyss? Why did the Undying Clan want to attack that place?” The lady in red told him that the Abyss was in the depths of the cosmic sea of stars, a lair where stars were born. There were supreme existences over there, and the Undying Clan was the vanguard army sent by the Abyss. As for the rest, she could not understand them more thoroughly because she had never gone to the Abyss, and the group of people who had gone there never returned.

I had never wanted to endure life and love without his neverending guidance. I ahad neve known life without Mains.
