Some people have a good life, some people have a great childhood, well some people have a roof on top of their head. But not me, I’m different than most people, I lived in my car, worked in the local library, I was no one, add to that being a little doesn’t really help my case at all. It was all going to downward to hell, until I met them, I’ve met her first, then her husband and they wanted me, homeless, bookworm and all. This our story, our adventures, and our love. Lucie et Florent sont amoureux l’un de l’autre depuis l’université et ont entretenu leur relation jusqu’à leur mariage. Tout allait bien jusqu’au jour où Lucie a été promue dans l’entreprise où elle travaille, ce qui l’a conduite à multiplier les voyages d’affaires. Florent se sent désemparé. Non seulement sa femme gagne plus d’argent que lui, mais en plus, bien qu’il ait sa propre petite entreprise de livraison et qu’il s’en sorte correctement, c’est Lucie qui prend en charge les dépenses les plus importantes du foyer et contribue même à l’évolution de son entreprise. Cette situation l’empêche de s’imposer face aux choix professionnels de sa femme. Il fait de son mieux pour encaisser, mais l’absence prolongée de Lucie pèse de plus en plus sur lui. À la maison, c’est leur femme de ménage, Andréa, qui gère tout. Ne supportant plus la situation, Florent tente d’en parler à Lucie pour qu’ils trouvent une solution. Mais elle n’est pas prête à écouter, son travail passant avant tout. Sa famille, de son côté, s’impatiente : après plus de deux ans de mariage, ils veulent voir des petits-enfants. Mais Lucie, encore une fois, ne se sent pas prête. Un jour, dépassé par la frustration et le manque d’attention de sa femme, Florent se tourne vers Andréa.
