Everything about him reminded me of my favorite male lead character from my all time Romance book “ Make Me Yours Tonight” “About your test,some of you did well while others not so well” Mr Richard said distributing our scripts. “Good job Stephanie.” He said to me while dropping my script. I was so surprised to find out I had an A. English was the only subject I had struggled to get an A for weeks now . It was either a B or C . The smile on my face was second to none. I was still staring at my script when Mr Richard announced that he was giving us a break for 30 mins. He walked out of the class leaving those who were rejoicing rejoicing and those who were mad mad.

Though I had actually sneaked through it once, reading it again made my chest twist painfully. He was so smart. Just at the tender age of 6 years, he was able to write, and even if most of his words weren’t clear, he still tried to show what he meant through little drawings. Like the smiling face. The little man with hands raised. The crying face. The droopy face. And… the family of three drawn towards the end. The little figures were holding hands. Mama. Papa and Leo. There were just three crooked little drawings. Yet they shattered my heart more than anything else.
