Just a little after midnight I had been woken up by Zeke after experiencing another nightmare and breaking out the bedroom window. I was just glad Hunter hadn’t been there. I hated that every time I had a nightmare he was usually the one to get the worst end of it. Though last night it had just been the window in the bedroom though. I had linked Hunter to let him know what had happened and he said he was coming straight home.

I thought about the dream the whole time. It was so vivid and realistic. I could actually taste the blood in my mouth and feel their organs in my clawed hands. The transformation was absolutely painful. I had never felt so much within a dream. As I reached my room, I heard the creaking of another. "Empress Zelda?" I turned and saw Hunter. "Hello Hunter. What are you doing up so late?" I asked. "I couldn't sleep. You?" "I was having some nightmares." "Sorry to hear that. Would you like a midnight snack?" He questioned.

The Birthday Girl May 29, 2009 Lucille Nora was fucking Boo and she was laughing maniacally. I ran toward them and saw that Boo’s chest was open, his heart missing and when I looked at Nora, her face was covered in blood. “You’re next, bitch!” I woke up from my nightmare and wiped the sweat covering my forehead. Fuck. It seemed so real. I sighed and lay back down. Jasper stirred in his sleep and his heavy arm went over my stomach. He woke up when I pushed it off me too hard.

That is the strangest thing I have ever thought in my life. That familiar itch starts to spread across my neck, down my chest to my stomach. It itches so bad, I pull up my shirt and when I do, I scream out into the empty dark room that is lit only by the moonlight and a single nightlight over by the entrance. Daring to look down again, I see that where I had just scratched, is a gaping wound and there is a maggot crawling out of it. I hear a noise from behind me and when I turn on my heels, I watch as the same man from before stands about a foot taller than I am and is staring right into my eyes. He opens his mouth and states, “You have finally awakened. Good.”

“Are you scared already? Are you afraid of going to hell? ” Before Amira could answer, she entered the portal and did nothing. Loud shouts echoed throughout the area, along with Luther’s loud laughter. --- The other hunter left and left Tyler, Josh, and Kyra still unconscious. Luke, Cain, and Beatrix looked at the monitor while looking for an available CCTV or camera in the area. A few moments later, they saw what was happening in the area where the hunters were going. “Raven’s a cured hacker. I can’t believe he made your job easier on Beatrix,” said Cain.

-I'll fight my fears, Jay, I'll do it for you -I walked over and sat to the side across from him- I promise you my monsters won't defeat me. I realized that what he said was true, I had died in my sleep, one of my fears was to sleep and be trapped in one of my nightmares, not knowing what was real or not. This thing I was living was like a very bad nightmare. And there were monsters lurking: Death, damned souls, and God knows what else I'd be about to discover. “A lone she-wolf. Seen with a child. Hiding among a distant pack.” The entire room stills. My head jerks up, muscles locking, heart pounding in my chest like a war drum. “Where?” He swallows. “The Midnight Hollow Pack. But—” I don’t wait for the rest. I turn sharply on my heel. “Prepare. I leave tonight.” “Alpha—” Dylan steps into my path, holding out a hand. “You’re not fully recovered. You could—” “I could what?” My voice drops, dangerous and dark. I stare him down, fury tightening every word. “Lose more time? Let her slip further away? Sit here and wait while my mate andbchild could be suffering?”

No one except the man. The lights flickered. Static buzzed in the bulbs. Electricity crackled. The carriage was plunged into darkness, just a split second of impenetrable black that filled my mouth, my nose, my ears, like thick, dank water, choking me, drowning me. When the lights exploded back into life, I saw it. A sheen of silvery skin on the man's cheek, harsh white reflecting off scarred flesh. It was a brief flicker of a bad dream. A touch of a nightmare; there and then gone again so quickly that I had to blink away the haze, but I knew I'd seen it, I'd seen him .

Hunter says in a cold voice. "Why?" I ask him, I wasn't about to drop and give him another twenty. "Something is up with her, did you notice how she was triggered?" Hunter asks me, I wasn't stupid, of course I saw, I nod. "Princess, and she was having nightmare of someone or something," Hunter says.

Chapter 126: Haunting Shadows Hana’s body stirred restlessly beneath the thin sheet, her breaths shallow and rapid as she fell deeper into the abyss of her nightmare. The moonlight that filtered through the window barely reached her, casting faint shadows across the room. But in her mind, the darkness was much more overwhelming—an unrelenting void filled with ghosts of her past.
