Bookworm Little.

Bookworm Little.

Kennedy POV. The weather was bad, but I needed to get that new book, it's Robert birthday gift, who'd knew a grown up man would kill for the newest werewolf love book. I got into my car, drove carefully toward the local book store, they had the new book reserved for me. It was supposed to one quick drive, until I walked into the library. A girl was sitting on a bean bag, her blond hair was covering her eyes with overgrown bangs, she tried to huff them away from her face but to no use. She looked young, maybe she's just here with her parents, looking down at the book she had in her hands it was a kids story. Does she read for the local kids? Or is it just for her?

Elizabeth: The Great Reckoning

Elizabeth: The Great Reckoning

She sat down behind the bus driver as the doors closed behind her. Ellie pulled out the phone her mom had given her in the car before they had left and turned it on. She scrolled through the apps, noticing a notification indicating she had 3 new text messages. She ignored the notifications and opened the audiobook application. Her finger scrolled through the books loaded on the phone and the books she could d******d. She pulled out the headphones that came with the phone, plugged them in, and scrolled through the preloaded classics on the app. Tears came to her eyes as she saw Pride and Prejudice. She hit play, settled her head against the glass window, closed her eyes, and listen to the soo

Chasing Rejected Mate

Chasing Rejected Mate

“Well, reading books will strain your eyes, and listening to novels will make the room more noisy and lively, and you can also have fun. Nowadays, although novels are terrible, they are still very useful to pass the time..." It can be heard that the old lady was living a very lonely life. Shawn felt a little guilty. He was only busy with work on weekdays and rarely remembered to visit his grandma. “Wait for me, I’ll go into the bookshelf, yes, it’s her. A few months ago, I listened to this little she-wolf’s audio novel, which was good, but it’s a pity that she hasn’t broadcast it anymore recently..."

Their Little White Lie

Their Little White Lie

“It’s okay, it's not your fault. Send Paul over and I’ll see you at home, okay?” I turned my back to the mirror. “Home,” I said, proudly. “That sounds so perfect.” Carrie giggled. “I know!” *** “Caroline Morales, forty years old,” Leticia said. I was just returning from the call, trying to sit down when she started. It made me pause. “What?” I asked. My guess was I heard wrongly. Leticia stopped eating and dropped her cutlery. She placed her elbow on the table and spoke again.

"I've been here all along baby girl, I just had to wait until you were ready for me, now we have plenty to talk about but first you need to get back to this picnic, we'll catch up later doll!" She's going to be sassy but she is right. I pull my attention back onto the picnic but there's still no one here.

Amanda
I think this book was great. I will definitely give it a 5 star rating. The only thing negative I will say, is that I think you spent way to much time writing when she was still underage and sped up the book/ ended after she turned of age. I would have liked to see more of the story of Liam and Beth

he said, extending the book towards me. I took the book, my fingers brushing against the cover as I examined the title. "Little Women," I read aloud, a sense of familiarity washing over me. "Yes, it was Jacob's favorite book, and I think you will find it captivating too," he explained, his voice filled with warmth and nostalgia. "I'm sure I will," I replied, a soft smile playing on my lips, feeling a connection to Jacob through this shared love for literature. I ran my fingers along the cover, appreciating the weight of the book and the memories it held.

TOXIC LOVE

TOXIC LOVE

“Dickens or Louisa May Alcott. It’s tough, but Alcott might just win out. Her ability to create a whole cast of compelling, lovable characters – not just one or two – is something I’ve yet to find in another writer.” Gramps shook his head. “You’re telling me Little Women is better than Great Expectations?” “Oh, no,” I said. “Not better – the stories are on par with each other, but their styles are very different. My preference runs with Alcott’s style, and I have a bit of a crush on Laurie.” I shrugged a shoulder. “How many boys in books are you dating?” Austin poked my shoulder. “First Darcy, now Laurie …” “The proper term is book boyfriend,” I corrected him. “And there are many swoon-worth

The President's Little Girl

The President's Little Girl

She screamed into the night, hoping someone—anyone—might hear her. But the village was too far, and the quiet countryside swallowed her cries. The last thing she saw was the glint of the car’s dark windows as they forced her inside. The door slammed shut, the engine roared to life, and the vehicle disappeared into the night, leaving nothing but a scattered pile of books behind. Lia’s head throbbed as she stirred awake, her body heavy and her vision blurred. The softness beneath her was unfamiliar—too plush, too extravagant for the modest cot in her room.

My Sweet Surrender (Aftermath Series #1)

My Sweet Surrender (Aftermath Series #1)

"What's that supposed to mean?" I looked at his face to search for possible answers – if there were any. "Nothing," He looked away and stood up. I looked at the small window beside me and saw the gradient fills of orange and yellow in the sky. It's almost sun down. I relocated my vision to the never-ending fields of corn and wheat, and an imaginative memory flashed on my mind. I recalled how I imagined the fields of Concord, Massachusetts – where the story of Little Women took place. In the story, Jo March's book was criticized and the publisher said that it was unacceptable due to the protagonist not being married in the ending – which was completely twisted!
