Weapons appeared, bodies straightened then Amarok’s expression sharpened dangerously. Amarok’s eyes narrowed slightly then the car doors slammed outside followed by heavy footsteps. Suddenly, a furious voice echoed from outside the house. “LIORA!” My breath caught instantly at the sound of Alpha Kael’s voice. The wolves shifted uneasily, even Amarok went still then suddenly Alpha Kael stormed into the house with several armed guards behind him. The sheer force of his aura slammed into the room before he even appeared into my view fully. A second later, I saw him and his eyes landed directly on Amarok holding my hand.

Loki had always been my wise and comforting companion, but now, he displayed signs of concern. "Listen to Ashford, Alexei," Loki's voice resonated in my thoughts. "This isn't a wise path to follow. Sneaking into the pack house could lead to grave consequences. The guards are everywhere, and you risk exposing yourself to danger." Despite Loki's warnings, my determination was unwavering. My overwhelming desire to see Tori had clouded my judgment, and I responded with a hint of stubbornness, "Loki, I understand the risks, but I can't wait any longer. I need to see Tori. It's something I must do."

I stand at a distance and watch as Alpha Kai’s Lycan, Loki, converses with Fenriz’s Baron. Loki is huge, his size clearly double that of Baron and as broadly built as Kai himself; his claws are the size of a grown man’s index finger, while his teeth look like they could bite an arm clean off. He fought on, his eyes fixed on Athena making sure none of luka’s pack member were able to come close to her. Finally, there was only one werewolf left and its Luka’s advisor and right hand man in the pack. He is by name ‘’Thor’’. The werewolf was massive, towering over Ardolf and Athena. His eyes glowed with a fierce, yellow light, and his teeth gleamed in the moonlight. Ardolf stepped forward, his knife held high and his senses and abilities were heightened. Thor lunged at him, his claws slashing through the air. Ardolf sidestepped the attack, his knife flashing out and striking Thor in his right arm deeply.
