Lauren answered the call of nature. She slept off during a face call. Lucious was happy, that she finally slept. He didn't end the call, he wanted to watch. Which he did, till he got to the Beach house the next day. She was still sleeping.

But their mother made them play outside each day before they could start the video system. Sure enough, after just a few minutes, the kids went inside and slammed the door. Hurriedly, Lois dragged Howard to the front door of her sister's house, and opened it with her key. Luckily the key still worked! They got in quickly and shut the door behind them. Lois said "Now we can't turn on the lights, because no one is supposed to be living here. We have to be careful what movements we make, as not to arouse any suspicions. Howard nodded and said "Then let's find a place to camp out. I need some sleep after our long trip. This has been stressful as well. A nap would do me good right about now."

Linna woke up without knowing what time it was, she still felt very sleepy, it was already morning and she knew this only by the slightly open window making the sun beat against the wall of the bedroom door. At noon, approximately at 13:00 A loud voice sounded in a quiet penthouse unit, so it echoed in the room. A well-built man seemed to be sound asleep, as if he had taken medicine with a strong sleeping effect, so he could not hear the sound from his cell phone. In another room, there was the only daughter of the couple, Arnold Laurens Verz and Amber Natasya Loght. She had been sitting in a chair, which in front of her was a worktable and a laptop.

It was coming from across the hall. Katie’s room. My blood went cold. I jumped out of bed. Louis was already up, moving fast and quiet. He didn’t turn on the light. We ran to her door. Louis pushed it open slowly. The room was dark except for the elephant night-light. Katie was asleep. And the sound was coming from her baby monitor. The one on her dresser. We hadn’t used it in years. On the little video screen, I could see Katie sleeping in her bed. But over the picture, a man’s voice was singing *Rock-a-bye Baby*.

I couldn’t do it. I turned around and walked out. I went down to the wine cellar to grab a bottle of wine. As I stepped out, I saw Clara. “Can’t sleep?” she asked softly. “Yeah,” I said, forcing a smile. “My wife is waiting for me. Good night.” Her expression lingered for a moment, but I didn’t stay long enough to read it. Back in the room, Louise was asleep, curled up on her side. The dim light from the hallway brushed against her face, and for a second, I forgot everything. She looked so peaceful. So innocent.

Once he wakes up it's too hard to get to sleep again. He stood up, slipped a T-shirt on his frame and headed out of the room. The silence of the mansion was satisfying. He walked along the long hallway and went down the basement. The guard bowed to him in respect. "You can leave." Jonathan said to him and he bowed while walking away. Jonathan cracked the door open and got inside. The room was dark only one dim bulb hanging in the air illuminating the room. He walked farther to the one inside the basement. He went close to the figure and saw her sleeping. Lia looked so innocent while sleeping. Jonathan can see a 5-year-old Lia who often slept at his place while playing.

Henry got into the car and immediately left Louisa's house. Louisa woke up quickly from her sleep. She fell asleep while drowning in her sadness and tears earlier. Louisa sat on the bed, then fell silent, glanced at the alarm clock on the table, and showed two in the morning. Louisa straightened her messy hair and rubbed her face, before getting up from the bed. Louisa walked slowly out of her room and realized that her house was still brightly lit. "Where's Henry? Why didn't he turn off the light?" She muttered.

Authors POV It was night time in Maurice’s hostel, but Maurice couldn’t sleep. The large bedroom was dimly lit, the soft hum of the air conditioner filling the space. Beside him, Hailey lay on her side, fast asleep, her black hair spread across the pillow. She looked peaceful, untouched by the worries that always kept him awake at night.

The moonlight can be seen reflecting off his face from the window. The room is quite in order, at least when compared to how it was when he first arrived. Suddenly, the serenity of the room is violated as red and blue lights can be seen flashing inside the apartment. He somehow wakes up on time only to see his white ceilings reflecting red and blue lights. What could be happening?.......... Luthur's POV~
