Lucky The Rabbit Dark Deception Novels & Stories

I pursed my lips, considering. I could easily tell Jaxon about the poison, but it was risky. He would want to know how I knew about it, and could potentially accuse me of being the poisoner. But Jaxon clearly liked to talk in riddles and metaphors. Arms and legs, red herrings, little white rabbits, fox masks… I could give him a taste of his own medicine and still get what I wanted. “Fine,” I said. “I’ll tell you this: little rabbit knows the woods better than you think. She’s seen what happens to the clever foxes who feast too greedily from the farmer’s henhouse. Someone’s spoiled the meat, Jaxon.”

I hit his chest again, though with less vigor than before, “You’re impossible! And infuriating! And I…I don’t like you.” Wow Harmony, that was some comeback. I mentally cursed myself. My dark wolf only laughed. And I also didn’t like the way it made me feel, warm and wet in places I shouldn’t. Especially, at a time like this, and considering he was a domineering dick. But the pussy wanted what the pussy wanted, and that bitch didn’t know what was good for her. “Keep telling yourself that Rabbit, but you’re a terrible liar. You like me very much. I can smell it and practically taste it on my tongue. And I know just what you need,” he ended with a growl…

Who would have thought that beneath that innocent, beautiful face lay a cunning, deceitful woman? When the ceremony ended and the priest told me to kiss my bride, my eyes slowly scanned her face, and I couldn’t help gazing at her red, luscious lips. As I crossed the small space between us, I found it hard to accept that her lips were as sweet and soft as I’d imagined them to be. The way her eyes widened in surprise when I kissed her told me she was good at pretending to be an inexperienced kisser. I felt the urge to lengthen and deepen the kiss but when I felt her respond, moaning softly, I realized I had to stop my delusions. I shouldn’t be feeling this way toward this bitch. She may look i

And from the darkness behind the door something slowly came out. A little red cloth rabbit. Old. Shit. A button eye was missing. It just fell on the floor. Then nothing moved. Silence. Mira started slowly. Her hands trembled. When she saw the cloth rabbit, her tears ran over her face. “That’s hers.” My heart came together. “Who?” Mira looked at the open door. Then she whispered: “The Last.” The lamps flickered easily. Not threatening. Like a breath. Kai joined Mira.

Being able to hear Lecy speak felt even more unbelievable. "Wait!" Elena pointed at him. "Did you just say magical rabbit?" Her voice rose in disbelief. "So you're not an ordinary rabbit?" The excitement in her voice made her momentarily forget why she had come here in the first place. Lecy laughed again then, patiently, he began explaining everything, the truth about what had happened all those years ago... The day Elena thought he had died. According to Lecy, he had never actually died because as a magical rabbit, he possessed abilities ordinary creatures didn't have and one of those abilities allowed him to hold his breath for hours at a time.

Delighted, Linux stroked the dog's head. In fact the moment the imposter appeared, Connie had figured out most of the things, but what she needed was the exact location. The imposter's plan was impeccable, and he was backed by a powerful force. If Connie pressed on, her enemies would be alerted. Therefore, she chose to be patient until this day and eventually found out the location. Of course, Lucky's death was faked. Connie bought a chunk of pork and claimed that it was Lucky's flesh so that Linux and her could pretend to fall out.

She touched the spot that L kissed and felt butterflies in her stomach. Damn. What magic has L casted in her to make feel this way? “Why are your eyes like that, Patrice?” Patrick asked her as they walked to his car. “Yeah, Patrice, why do you have the eyes of a panda?” L asked. Patrick raised his brow at L. “Hey, you. Are you courting my sister?” He asked. L’s eyes widened and bowed. “Yes, sir!” He beamed politely. Patrick was preventing a laugh from escaping his mouth as he looked at L, who was an aggressive hguy last night, become a puppy now.

Then they’d watched, certain little Ruan, who’d christened herself Lucky— the Killer, Lucky the Devil— at the not-so-tender age of ten, would meet the same fate as the infamous Goddess: a life of struggle and sadness followed by an early exit at twenty-four. But why think about that now? she wondered as she ignored the ghost whispering from the shadows, another cigarette shoved between her lips, the phosphorous flame jumping as she struck the match. Lucky the Shadow, said the thing snarling from the corner.

I said as he walked toward it. Dickson glanced back at me. “You underestimate my luck.” “I was married to you. I know exactly how much luck you have.” He laughed and dug a few coins from his pocket before feeding them into the machine. “You're going to waste your money,” I warned him. “Have some faith in me.” “Let's not ask for miracles tonight.” Dickson shot me a look before turning back to the game. A few minutes later, against all reasonable expectations, he returned with the ugliest stuffed rabbit I had ever seen. One ear sat noticeably higher than the other, its eyes seemed to be looking in two different directions, and its oversized front teeth made it look vaguely threatening.

“Yeah. You can ask your mother if you don’t believe me.” And he did. The child turned to face his mother with so much speed that Leonica was startled by his movement. “Mommy, is it true that you casted a spell on Sucky Bunny? Are you Larissa?” Larissa was the female character from Ruckus house that had a magic wand and posse’s magic powers. Yup, I know what you’re thinking; Larissa is such a normal name, so how does Sucky Bunny fit into that equation. Beats her, Leonica had thought the exact same thing when she watched the first three episodes of Ruckus house and then proceeded to watch the entire three seasons.
