Luna Lola-the Moon Wolf Chapter 12 Novels & Stories

She hissed, her face closer than ever and I prayed to the moon goddess to protect her, not me, I wouldn't mind whatever comes after, it's true my journey to be a good mother was futile and I wanted to be good after all. 'You shouldn't rush to judge that, focus.' I felt the spirit of Lola in my wolf and that gave me some bile. She leapt at me with her paws and I quickly ran to one side making her hit the pillar behind the space I had stood. Just as we were throwing claws, blood filling our clothes as they tore through, Moon came down running towards me and like a golden opportunity to tame me, she grabbed Moon and used her as cover holding her sharp claws close to her throat, I shifted back i

Please remember that the events and relationships in this book are entirely fictional and are written for storytelling purposes. Most importantly, this is Luna's story, a girl who has spent her entire life in a cage, searching for a life that truly belongs to her. I hope you'll laugh with her, cry with her, get frustrated with her, and fall in love with her journey. Happy reading! — C

“Then I’ll need more fireflies.” He kissed her lips. “You already have one.” --- From across the mesa, children’s laughter echoed. Banners rustled. And one silver cup, held high by a once-silent girl turned Luna, caught the final gleam of the moon before night whispered its gentle end. The curse was gone. The silence was broken. The future was lit. And the wolves danced on. — THE END ?✨

“I understand. I’ll return with the fresh wool blankets in three suns, Mom.” “Lola...” Selene’s voice drifted from the corner just as my fingers touched the brass latch. I turned back, my heart leaping with hope, but her eyes weren't fixed on me. She was staring blankly at the empty plastic cup on the table, her voice dropping into a low, mournful soliloquy that made my entire body go rigid. “My beautiful Lola is carrying a secret wolf... the pup has no father to claim its hunt... what will the pack do to her when the winter coats come in?” She began to weep, a quiet, desperate sound that echoed off the bare stone walls.

"— very well, as expected from an Alpha who has a Luna without a wolf." "Watch your tongue, rogue..." Alexander butted in, his eyes flaring up in anger. "Don't you dare smear Dark Knight's Luna with that filthy mouth of yours!" "Then do your worse if you want my mouth shut." The rogue continued. "— that doesn't change the fact that your Luna is vulnerable even than an omega." "You asked for this, then so be it." Kenziel growled, tightening his grip around the rogue. The rogue let out a weak, ragged laugh, his body growing limp as Kenziel's grip began to suffocate him.

The worn pages calmed me, the faded ink carrying me into another world. It was a book about wolves’ history. Stories of ancient packs, battles fought under blood moons, legends of the Moon Goddess blessing chosen ones. I loved reading it, even if nobody knew I could read. They never let me go to school, but I had taught myself in secret. The book was my hidden treasure. Through it, I learned things nobody thought I should know. That the Wolf’s Crest had once chosen the strongest Lunas. That the Moon Feast was more than just food and dancing it was power, hidden under rituals. And sometimes, I wondered… if the Moon still watched us, still cared.

Chapter 236: The house of the Council of Wolves was alive with activity, the air filled with anticipation as the pack prepared for the upcoming Moon Festival. The festival was a cherished tradition, symbolizing unity and strength among the wolves. As excitement mounted, a dark cloud descended upon the council, threatening to overshadow the joyous celebration. A letter, ominous in its tone and content, had found its way to the council of wolves, Layla, the center of the pack's attention as the host of the Moon Festival, was targeted with accusations that cast a pall over her reputation.

If she was right about Rogan and me, she would be one of my biggest teachers to become the next Luna. I looked off into the distance and found myself walking further away from everyone else and looking up to the hill that the moon appeared to shine on. At first, I had to look again but I swore that my wolf and I were looking at some sort of shadow as it came into my sight a wolf. I looked closer drawn in by the different way it walked and looked under the moon. I wasn’t sure but there was a red tinge to the fur and as I looked it appeared to be looking directly at us. My hair rose as I saw its sharp teeth almost looking as if it was smiling at me. I wanted to take a step closer but then a

"The Fox is sniffing at the burrow. But there is a bigger predator in this house. A wolf in a silk tie who thinks he can steal the mountain's gold." I sat on a tiny velvet chair that groaned under my weight. I turned to Luna first. She was the heart of this team, but she was also the most protective. To get her on board, I needed to show her the shadows. "Luna, my little bird," I said, reaching out to take her small hand. "Have you seen how your Mommy’s eyes are like the winter sky lately? No sun? No stars? Just... grey?" Luna’s bottom lip trembled. She clutched a plush bunny to her chest. "Because of the Bad Man Alaric? The one who makes her sign the scary papers?"
