He was to the northeast, about fifty yards into the forest. Close enough to reach me quickly. Far enough not to give away the ambush. "What if he doesn't come?" Elena asked. "He'll come. He's been hunting lunar wolves for three hundred years. He won't pass up the chance at two of us during a lunar eclipse." I looked up at the moon. The shadow was beginning to creep across its surface. "The eclipse will be total in about an hour. If Thaltos is coming, it'll be soon." We waited in tense silence. Minutes crawled past. The eclipse advanced. The clearing grew darker as the moonlight faded.

“He means well. But he’s wrong.” Caleb shrugged. “You know, if Lucy really is your Luna, the Council would throw a festival. But something tells me…” He grinned. “…you’ve already chosen your chaos.” I didn’t answer. I just looked toward the window where the moon hung...half-full, glowing faintly red at the edges. The Lunar Eclipse was coming. And so was the truth. I pushed off the wall and started toward the hall where Lucy waited. Caleb called after me, “Where are you going?”

“Four days from now. The day of the solar eclipse and the summer solstice.” I turned my head to look at my father. We have all heard the stories about a wolf born on the day of a solar eclipse. I wonder if Harper has heard them. A solar eclipse isn’t something that happens often. It is a very rare event. My father plans to throw a huge celebration to honor our Goddess of the moon, Selene. Getting lost in my thoughts. It is a good thing that my father was staying on track with why we were here. He continued his conversation with Harper, asking a question that brought me back to the topic of our meeting.

For us werewolves, the Lunar Eclipse was more than just an astronomical event; it was a moment of immense magical significance, tied to us and the moon goddess. It occurs once every century and is said to be a time where the barriers between the mortal world and the realms of the gods are thinner. During this time, the moon goddess can exert her influence over the world, and powerful magic is released, affecting all who are connected with the moon, particularly werewolves. It was such a rare and beautiful event. And to think, the event was also aligned with my birthday. It made me feel special, even though no one else saw it. I walked through the pack, some tying the decorations, while other

the man muttered, thoughtful. “I am Leonhard, alpha of the Lunar Eclipse pack—or what remains of it. This woman in my arms is my incredible Luna, Victoria. We have been imprisoned separately for the last thirteen years by Fiona and her witches. We are your parents, our dear Liira,” Leonhard said, never taking his eyes off me. How do I know this is true? How can I believe something so unbelievable? I was confused, overwhelmed. I had no idea what to do next. I looked at Jackson, hoping he had answers—but he was just as perplexed as I was.

But he refuses to have eye-to-eye contact with me. "Ladies and gentlemen! Tonight, we will be witnessing a very important day in our lives. Executing one of our own. This may hurt me so badly knowing I already treated Joshua as my son. But the law will always be a law and should be upheld by every one of us. I hope this will serve as a lesson to everyone that traitors and lawbreakers are not allowed to be part of this pack...," Marcos stopped talking as he lifted his head to the sky. It is believed that a total lunar eclipse only takes place when the Earth comes between the sun and the moon. A one-of-a-kind event for us, werewolves. For humans, it may not give any side effects but for us, we

Liz said with a bright smile as her gaze darted between us. I blushed and sought cover closer to Ryder, pressing myself against him as I hid behind him slightly. "You called us?" Ryder asked, firm and to the point. David cleared his throat and took off the glasses he had been wearing to see the computer screen before he addressed us. "There's a lunar eclipse coming up," he announced. "And?" Ryder went on, seemingly uncertain as to the relevance of this news. "And it's an important celebration for our pack. I want to be sure that you know that you're expected to attend... both of you..." he went on, shifting his sharp gaze between us both.

" Anne answered sensibly. "Yes, you're right," Anne's car drove through the agricultural fields towards their residence. Aria finished her questions, she began to focus on observing the sky with the reddish full moon. “Isn't it beautiful!” said Anne. “Yes, very beautiful,” answered Aria. “Have you ever seen a black moon?” asked Anne. “Black moon? You mean the eclipse?” "Yes, a total lunar eclipse that can completely swallow the moon!" “Not yet, I've never seen an eclipse at Urkesh. "We're too busy to just watch the moon," Aria answered.

It is when we are at our strongest. Yes, because the Hybrid Festival celebrates one of the rarest lunar events: The Hybrid Eclipse. Also known as an annular-total eclipse, it is a rare type of solar eclipse where its appearance changes along its path. In simple terms, it starts as an annular eclipse and then becomes a total eclipse or vice versa.

CHAPTER SIX - Destiny Charts II I) Blood Moon II) Solar Eclipse BLOOD MOON (Lunar Eclipse): A lunar eclipse is an astronomical event that occurs when the Moon moves into the Earth's shadow, causing the Moon to be darkened.
