MATED TO MY NEMESIS

MATED TO MY NEMESIS

I raised my head to look at the shelf again, only to hear Gregor speak once more. “You won't find anything else if it is this particular tribe you are in search of.” He said, and I let out a sigh. “Okay. Can I borrow this book then?” “Of course. As the Luna, you don't have to ask for permission before taking these things.” He replied, and after giving him a grateful smile, I bid my farewell and left. As I arrived at the mansion, I saw a few Elders rushing towards the direction of the grand hall. I even saw Elder Marcellus, whose expression was so grim that it could drip with water.

The Lycan King

The Lycan King

The sun was about to set and the yellow lights were turned on in every cottage, making the whole town look beautiful. It was foggy at the peak of the mountain, but I could clearly see the Soare-Luna mountain, which was the tallest mountain in Jivan. Soare-Luna meant Sun-Moon mountains because it was said to be the land of both Sun worshippers – vampires – and Moon worshippers – werewolves. It was said to be the home of God Sol and Goddess Luna. And the Lycan river originated at the top of the mountain. But for some reason, no one had ever made it to the top. I imagined that if it was so beautiful here, it must be exquisite at the top where one would be able to see the entire island of Jiv.

Alexander the Fallen

Alexander the Fallen

His eyes were the deepest shade of green and they were staring right at me. I don't know how I haven't passed out yet. "Hello there, gorgeous. My name is Azza but Xander calls me Az." He smirked when Alexander shot him a glare. He seemed to have a thick accent and I couldn't tell where it was from. Probably hell. Unironically. He extended his hand for me to shake. "What are you?" I asked him while looking at his black wings with awe. Is he a fallen angel like Alexander? I shook his hand for some weird reason, probably the alcohol.

The Werewolf Legacy: Revenge and Love

The Werewolf Legacy: Revenge and Love

He stopped halfway as he tried to remember my name like he had somehow heard about it from somewhere. “Natalia.” “Yes, Miss Natalia, what a lovely name for a lovely lady like you.” he said and attempted to kiss my hand but the groan from Seb stopped him and he settled for a shake whilst chuckling. “I see your man is very protective of you and he is also the jealous type.” “Yes Minister, I am very very protective of what’s mine.” He said and stylishly took my hand from the minister. “Hmm…I see. Well, moving on. This is Minister Don, he is the one in charge of all the regulating and sanctioning of businesses. Minister Don, you do remember Sebastian right? The son of the former Gamma we lost in

The Lycan King's Luna

The Lycan King's Luna

"You have done well to bring this to me. But know this, Mason, spreading false rumors is a serious offense." "Yes, Your Highness. I understand," he said, bowing deeply. "Mason," I said, my voice steady but firm, "tell me everything you know about this merchant." He took a deep breath, his eyes meeting mine briefly before looking away. "The merchant's name is Gregory. He's not from our pack, but he's well-known for trading rare goods and information between different packs. I first met him at a market in the neutral territory." "And what did Gregory tell you?" I prompted, my patience thinning.

The Lycan's Luna: Reclaiming her Throne

The Lycan's Luna: Reclaiming her Throne

She refused to cry. Gregor stepped forward. His emotionless eyes shifted from Elda to me. “Your Majesty,” he said with reverent coldness, “you have no say in this. BloodHowl law is clear. Any attempt on the life of the Royal House is treason.” He looked down at Elda again, like she was a rag, then back at me. His voice fell like the final toll of a bell. “The punishment… is death.”

Married by Mistake, Loved by Fate

Married by Mistake, Loved by Fate

Had Austin truly handed Greg everything? Across the table, Austin sat unmoving, carved from stone. His silence screamed louder than any protest. Only Lucy noticed his hand brush hers under the table, a fleeting touch, grounding her. Greg’s grin widened as he scanned the room. “Smile, Austin. You just witnessed the end of your reign.” Austin’s eyes lifted, steady, unblinking. His lips curved the faintest inch. “Funny thing about reigns, Greg. Storms wash them clean.” The words slid through the air, chilling and calm. But Greg only chuckled, too drunk on victory to hear the threat buried inside.

The Lycan King’s Treasured Luna

The Lycan King’s Treasured Luna

But I'd never seen him, not until now. And gods help me, the stories hadn't done him justice. "Ah," his voice spilled across the courtyard. "The great King Sargis. Protector of the realms. Keeper of order. I half-expected you to cower in your throne room while your dogs bled for you. But no..." His lips curved, too sharp to be called a smile. "Here you are. Bleeding yourself." His gaze dragged lazily to the dead littering the ground, the fires climbing the palace walls, and the lycans struggling against the witches' curse as it tore at their minds and senses. Then back to me.

This is a beautiful story. It goes through the ups and downs of love and shows that just the simple act of showing up at the right time can set your life on a better trajectory. I’d still definitely recommend every reader to brace themselves because your emotions will run rampant, haha ;)

I loved this book and it's characters. I love how there was no unnecessary drama that slowed the pace and didn't make sense like in other stories. And I loved the way that we got to see some of the same scenes from both perspectives. I'd love to read a sequel.

Return of the Luna and the last Lycan clan

Return of the Luna and the last Lycan clan

Clinking glasses, laughter as others whispered and looked at me with curious and disapproving glares. The beta stood and clinked his glass to bring the chatter to a silence and bring the attention to him as he announced it was time for Marco to speak. As Marco stood from his seat, he raised his glass to the people. “Today marks a new beginning and a secure future for us all. Together, me and your Luna will make sure these lands continue to prosper, that you are kept safe within our border wall and can relish in the safety we have found and a brighter and hopeful future for your young, and for the generations to come. We are now united, bringing two packs together as one. So, please raise you
