Ashes of the Broken Moon

Ashes of the Broken Moon

Now she stood at the center of the chamber, every eye on her. And she didn’t flinch. “The girl returns,” sneered Elder Vorek, his fur-lined mantle heavy with silver rank. His ancient eyes glinted beneath the crown of thorns woven from sacred ashwood. “And now she thinks herself a flame reborn.” Lyra raised her chin. “I don’t think so. I know it.” The dozen elders murmured. Some with interest. Others with disdain. “I stand here as Lyra Vale. Daughter of Elira of the Celestial Blood. Survivor of betrayal. Heir to the Moonbreaker line.”

The Rejected Luna: Savage Awakening

The Rejected Luna: Savage Awakening

She knelt beside me, yellow skirts brushing the grime and dirt “I bribed every damn guard with coins, jewelry and my favorite scarf.” I interrupted her immediately. “That was the only thing you have of your parents.” I said. Mira was too good for her own good, she shouldn't have done that. “But you are the only person I have now.” I didn't even know I was crying till hot tears touched my cheeks. “Don't cry Lyra, you'll make me cry the bastards would not let me bring food—but I smuggled this.” She pullsx out a tiny glass vial, and for a second, I swear it shines like moonlight.

Bound to the moon

Bound to the moon

“Go on, pretend to be strong. But you’re nothing. Even your mate and your own children cast you aside. You think you can frighten me with one slap? I will not stop until I carve Rory out of this pack. And if you stand in my way, Lyra… I’ll destroy you too.” Lyra’s face crumpled as if the words had landed like knives. Without another word, she turned sharply and stormed from the chamber, slamming the door behind her. Celina rocked her child with shaking hands, her whisper sharp and deadly. “No one will steal my child’s crown. No one.”

Alpha's Cursed Bride

Alpha's Cursed Bride

But his eyes were wet, and I felt the ache in him—the knowledge that time was running out for us all. ‎Lyra read from her latest book of poems, her voice steady despite the tremor in her hands. She had become the pack’s chronicler, her words preserving not just events but feelings—the way the snow smelled the morning after a storm, the sound of Rex’s laugh when a pup did something foolish, the quiet certainty of my light when someone needed comfort. Her poems were taught to children, sung at gatherings, carved into the manor’s walls. She read one that day about the first time Rex and I danced under the oak, how the moon had seemed to pause, how the world had felt small and vast at once. The

A Different Kind of Alpha: Blood Oath

A Different Kind of Alpha: Blood Oath

Vorlag’s people watch me with narrowed, calculating eyes. Everyone is waiting. For Hrolf’s trial. For me to falter. For something. Let them wait. Lyra is already in my study when I arrive, perched on the corner of my desk, rolling a small carved wolf between her fingers. There are ledgers spread out in front of her, open to neat columns and annoying little problems. “Alpha,” she says. “You’re on time. I’m almost offended. That boy should try harder to keep you in bed.”

I feel like the story was drawn out and slow at some points, but overall it was good. I love Kieran and Alexei as a couple and how they interacted with the other characters. The only thing I would change is having them switch occasionally in the bedroom since Kieran is an alpha too.

Blood Heir

Blood Heir

“Has been for hours.” I knocked once, then entered. Moonlight flooded the room, curtains drawn wide. Lyra sat cross-legged on the floor, the pendant resting against her sternum, both hands cupped around it like she was holding something fragile. She looked up as I entered. Her eyes were too bright. “You feel it too,” she said. It wasn’t a question. “Yes,” I replied, closing the door behind me. She nodded, gaze drifting back to the moon. “It’s like echoes. Not voices. Not exactly. Just…pressure. Like something knocking from the inside of the world.”

Realm of Power: Werewolf vs Vampire

Realm of Power: Werewolf vs Vampire

I felt the absence like a cold place in the room. “Where’s Lyra?” Caleb asked without looking up. “I don’t think she’ll be joining us,” I replied, breathless. “We can wait,” Lily said. She didn’t look up from the book she held. Her voice was steady but tight. “But we don’t have time to dawdle.” Lily set the book down like it was a live thing. The cover was cracked, the pages browned and smelling of dust and old rain. When she opened it, the two of us leaned in, the others forming a loose semicircle behind.

Her Fated Mate

Her Fated Mate

If lyra returned to her room early, they would be crestfallen, their ears drooping. "Lyra must still not have forgiven us." "Even if she resents us in her heart, it's deserved." "She must be avoiding us." The next moment, lyra appeared at the staircase with a storybook in hand. The wolfmen stood in the living room on the first floor, all looking up in unison. Lyra smiled and shook the book in her hand. "Do you want to hear a story?" The wolfmen howled in excitement, their joyful voices echoing through the air.

BLOODLINE OF THE MOON

BLOODLINE OF THE MOON

My palms hovered above it. I closed my eyes, shutting the noise in the camp and allowing my mind to wrap around the crystal. “I am Lyra,” I whispered. “Daughter of Aurora. I seek not power, but purpose. I’m ready! I want to understand. To protect what’s left of my people.” The crystal pulsed once, then twice. Suddenly, a gush of wind swept through me lifting my hair above my shoulder, causing goosebumps to creep under my skin. My eyeballs began to roll rapidly underneath my eyelids.

The Rejected Blood Moon

The Rejected Blood Moon

Ever since the Flow had returned through her, she’d felt it calling— a soft pull beyond the mountains, beyond her known horizon, as if somewhere out there, a forgotten ember still waited to awaken. And in her dreams, she heard it whisper: > Find me. --- The Journey Begins At dawn, Lyra packed a small satchel— a book of her own stories, a silver charm her mother had given her, and a shard of red crystal that had fallen from the Blood Moon’s light the night she was born. She looked one last time at her sleeping village, at the rising sun glinting off the river she had awakened,
