Mage's Book Novels & Stories

Oddly enough Martha remained as calm as ever, as if she knew she was not going to get harmed. DISTRICT DARK Alicia locked herself up inside her house. She felt the entire weight of the world on her shoulders and she wasn’t strong enough to bear that burden. She wanted to get stronger, but there was no possible way she could. The heads made sure of that. They took the covenant book, the only thing that could help her master the art of god magic. The last two remaining dark benders were practically erased from the face of the earth, meaning everything she was learning was either by sheer luck or instinct.

Everyone's eyes widened. "Are you sure about this?" I asked. "Yeah, he visited me." Okay, so this is the short intro to what y'all should be expecting in the second part of MAGICAL. You won't be disappointed. Continue to support the book. I love y'all 🤗💖. I'm sorry I had to make a separate author's note for this one. Chapter 31 is coming up shortly. Thanks💖💖 NB: Please note that the rest of the chapters aren't really available cause I'm still working on them. Nevertheless, I'll try to continue with the daily updates.

The pages, worn with age, held secrets waiting to be unveiled. Drew, drawn by the distant echo of the chest creaking open, stepped into the garden just as Jette began leafing through the book. His eyes widened in surprise as he recognized the familiar leather binding. "What's this?" Drew asked, his curiosity piqued. Jette took a deep breath, her gaze shifting from the pages to meet Drew's eyes. "Magdalene is more than just a guide," she began, the weight of the revelation pressing upon her words. "She's my true mother. The book, it holds the story of our lineage—a legacy intertwined with wolves and magic."

"You don't have to be worried about all she has said because, as you know, this is nothing but, a dream." "What about Magaritha? Did she cause a horrific scene too?" Asked Ammon. "No, but, she was in the possession of the book--the magic book. Yes, I saw her holding it." The Alpha was alerted by my last statement. I believe that the least he could wish in his life is for Magaritha to get hold of the only book that will help to end his misery. "That's never going to happen, you know? Not as long as I live will they lay their fingers on it!" His voice sounded mean and angry. He got up and began walking out. In anger.

What should we start with now? My eyes scans through the books. Blood moon. Okay that would be later, the book seems too big and bloody. I pick up a much smaller book which reads 'werewolf history, okay this one seems better. At the end of an hour, I had finished with the book and take up another. 'Magus.' If I am right, that's the Latin world for magic. I read until the sun goes down, and my stomach starts grumbling for food. And so far, I managed to get a better view of the whole thing.

"Put the Book of Indina on that shelf for now. We will open it later." "What’s the deal with the book, anyway?" I asked as I slid it onto the wood. "Why did it disappear the last time I saw it?" "It bears the history and traditions of mages," Elder Kaelith said. "It contains names, locations, and secrets that would be catastrophic in the wrong hands. Because of that, all three copies of the book have been spelled. Only a mage can see the text. To anyone else, it appears as a blank ledger or simply doesn't exist to their eyes at all."

“Maeve, you can’t. That’s–that’s the darkest kind of magic–” “What are you talking about?” I ask the sisters. I’m losing my patience and will power with each passing second. I could be upstairs in bed with Brie right now, enjoying the precious few nights we have together, but instead I’m standing here, listening to them whisper fight. “She’s talking about The Book of Whispers.” Brie snarls, her voice flashing with fury. Maeve’s nostrils flare. “It will work. You know it will.” “It’ll take pieces of your soul–”

Alice nodded, her expression unreadable as she turned to Maggie. Maggie swallowed. "I’m Maggie. Half-witch, half-fae. My mother was gifted, but she—" She hesitated, looking away for a moment. "She never got to teach me. So, I guess…I’m here to figure out what she never got to show me."

They said and walked out. The door banged closed causing the house to shake. "Tell Me Devina are those the grand mummies you told me about." Maggie asked cleaning the blood in her mouth. "They're the elders of magic and i think they've come for me." Devina said. "You got to warn them Dev am not a fan of beating up grand mummies but the next time they bang my door carelessly." Maggie said and bite her lips. "I won't be lenient."

There where now books with titles such as The Witch Within You, Herbs and Pentagrams, Spells and the Sabbaths, True Magic in the World. Maddie had never noticed that there were so many books on that subject. She was shocked when Omem suddenly stood in front of her. ‘Are you coming, child? Lunch is ready.’ Maddie nodded and left the library.
