I rolled my eyes and tugged my feet that were chained against the bedpost, I gathered my hands together and tried to pull it out using my magic. I groaned and tugged it harder but it won't work unless it's in the forest or somewhere that is in nature, my magic only works when we are surrounded around trees. That means that we are maybe in an abandoned warehouse or something close to the city. Rosla doesn't have any abandoned streets thanks to Rhyker's knowledge who made sure that those streets are used in something useful like a garden for plants and nature. The country is ranked up to first in saving nature and ecological systems with magic and high technical standards.

he commanded as Mars moved to follow. "But-" Mars swallowed his protest, shrinking under the prince’s hard stare. outed, crossing my arms over my chest. “What’s that supposed to mean? I could totally be a mage.”She shook her head, still chuckling. “It’s not that simple. Magic isn’t something you can just pick up like a hobby. It’s… complicated.”“Complicated how?” I asked, genuinely curious.Elyra’s expression turned thoughtful, her fingers tracing the intricate embroidery on her robes. She tilted her head slightly. “Magic is a blessing, but it’s also a burden,” she began, her voice steady but layered with emotion. “It requires discipline, sacrifice, and an unbreakable connection to the world around you. You can’t just snap your fingers and expect things to happen. Every spell, every enchantment, it all c

I found out that Kim was starting with Water magic, Alice was starting with Earth magic, Matt was starting with Life magic, and Cam was trying to learn Light shield. Cam told us that he learned that magic of different elements than the casted spell would block against the magic but only for a limited time. Each shield had a certain amount of mana hit points that would decrease as it was struck with magic, however, magic of the same element would pass right through the shield.

That was the strangest thing about this mystery. "What happened a week ago?" Belle asked, dreading the answer. "Oh." Damien chuckled. "Now that would be telling." Looking about the room, Belle could hazard a guess. An insanely unlikely one. 'Magic spells only work in fiction,' she thought. Still... what other explanation was there? If she were crazy, surely she wouldn't be aware of her condition. Crazy people don't know they are crazy. "Whatever you've done, please make it stop," she asked, staring at him with pleading, tear-filled eyes.

I felt uncomfortable. “… there are only two of them. So, by default, they will go against each other. And with our water mages, there are 7. There will be two duels and a battle against three mages. There are twenty-six mages in total. 2 light, 7 water, 2 fire, 4 winds, 2 earth, 3 lightning, 2 spatial, 2 ice, 2 silver, 2 sound. There are different types of magics but only these magics stood out” he’s right. Some magic is really not meant to be used for battling. Although they could still be used on the battle ground, their magic usually can’t keep up to those who have primary magics like me. That’s how unfair magic is. She was Fate. “How did that happen? I mean what caused that to happen?” “A Magi wields Magic, so when they come into contact with the Fate whose very essence is Magic it causes a reaction. It’s like a testament of wills, and whoever’s Magic is greater usually wins.” “Right.” lisa replied still not fully understanding. But she glanced over at Mark. “So you could have done that back on day one and I wouldn’t have had to endure any of this…” “No, I mean, yes I could have, but my Magic is not as great as Jame’s and if I were to have performed that test most likely your Magic would have killed me.”

From this close, she could feel the slight chill rising off him, and her breath caught in her throat. “Stunning…” she whispered, her eyes shining up at him. “Ahem… What kind of Majyk was that?” “Mental Majyk. It allows all beings here translate written language the reader can understand when viewed.” He countered, averting his gaze. “But it keeps the original traces of the author. So, you should still see the symbols. This is a spell I am working to create. This parchment allows me to test the Majyk damaging nothing. If the parchment senses something in the Lias that would make the spell invalid, it removes it.”

“Until she accepts who she is and accepts the magic within her, there is nothing I can do. There is something else there, something impossible to reveal. She must unlock it herself.” Alaric walks over and glances down at them both, confused. “Isn’t there a spell or something you can do to force her to accept who she is?” Alaric knows that the longer she goes on believing this is just a fantasy, the more at risk she is. “No, I’m afraid I can’t. Using magic to tamper with someone's mind in that way is forbidden, and there is no guarantee it will work. She has to believe it; she has to feel it.”
