I glanced down at the page in the book I had turned to, and noticed the child writing about his time in the courtyard with his friend. I had relived the memory on that given page. The information made me curious. Why were these journals enchanted? Could it have been by the boy who had written in them in the first place? Where was he and why was his home destroyed? Was he the one who slashed through all of the pictures?
