Finding it hard to embrace the source.” I swallowed, wishing for the earth to open and swallow me. "Perhaps,” Her voice rang against the room. “Going into the cave of horrors was the right decision after all. Who knows.” She scoffed, “ You might not make it.”

Morgana explained with a sad smile on her face. I wondered why she looked sad despite the smile. Her smile didn't reach her eyes. "Who did this?" Sage asked with squinted eyes. "Cause I'm sure this isn't a thing back at the kingdom. This is related to black magic." He frowned. "Yeah, it isn't a thing in our world since it's a spell." Morgana shrugged. "But someone went extra miles to protect the people." "That must be Mila." Sage said. "She never grows up. The risk is huge." He complained.

Kir growled as she walked over to Morph. "Move away little birdie." Kir chuckled as she pushed the smaller female aside. “What are you going to do?” Ari asked hesitantly. “Just watch.” Kir said with evident annoyance at the smaller female. Kir extended her fangs once more, bit down on her own wrist, and dripped her blood into Morph’s mouth. Results immediately occurred as Morph’s wound visibly healed within seconds, not even a scar was in its place, as though it was never there to begin with.

She was also smaller and more nimble. Nya kept her head down, near Ruby’s neck, as the dragon was going at full speed, in a rush to get Nya back to the battlefield, and it seemed evident Ruby had been wanting to fly for a while. Nya wondered how it had been determined who would stay behind before and who would go, but then, it appeared that Ruby was a maid, not warrior. She flew like someone who would be good to have in battle, though, and Nya was glad that she was in such a rush to get where they were going
