I tried to reason with her. "All the more reason why you should consider publishing it. People will go crazy for that kind of story especially when they come to know that it actually happened for real. Have you thought about the money we could make? Lin started, “This morning, Eli, call me about a freelance writing job at a new magazine. What do you think of that Oo?” Oo replied, “Oh, it’s wonderful, Lin. I think Eli cares you much.” Oo practically teased Lin whose face became a little bit red with shyness. Cracking a smile, Oo carried on, “Don’t lose this chance. You can earn some income while you write. And there will be more chances of compiling your stories into a book later if you find a proper publisher.” Hearing his friend’s encouraging words, Lin’s spirit lifted up. He gave a proper thought and he decided he would accept that job offer and to call back Eli that he was available for that post.

i've loved the support so far. i was thinking about the reason I haven't heard back about the contract and I think it's because they're waiting for the month to end. If you sign a new story you'll get a signing bonus and if you write enough words you'll get another bonus. I think they're probably just waiting. We'll see ina few days if I was right. lol It's lunch time here now and I am still in my payjama's. so i will stop writing now and get dressed.
