"I have this memories that feels like it's mine but of a different time. A memory that does not belong to this particular mind or body." He nodded sagely, "it's because you're a descendant." She turned to face him, "what is a descendant?" "Descendants are any kind of supernatural humans that can reincarnate and pass down their memories from body to body through time." "So I reincarnate?" "Indeed." ★★★★ They returned home to a mouth watering meal of Macaroni and cheese prepared by Angelus. Each of them gathered at he dining table; except Cassie and Brandy of course, who had returned to their various homes.

I said and shook my head. "And she's very emotional," Tae added before taking a sip of water. "I can see that, Tae." I said and rubbed the back of my head, "I don't know what I can do to make this any better." That was a lie; I knew what I could do. I just didn't want to do it; I didn't want to get close to our pup. I knew the fate it had, and I didn't want to get my hopes up like Maliya had and watch them shatter. But I missed my mate, and I missed the small kicks, and I wanted my hopes to get up. Because the baby was healthy, and maybe just maybe it could beat the wolfhaze's ass. Maliya was a descendant of the Great Alpha, and Aero's fur was pure white. We were strong, probably stronger th

I look into Malachi’s eyes, and I am taken aback when I see something familiar there, almost comforting. “Malachi’s the one I take orders from,” Braden explains. “A vampire descended from the original Masas Dima bloodline. He’s the reason we know anything at all about the Council and Orion’s plans with hybrids.” Braden’s words trigger a memory of our conversation the day before. He explained that Stella’s hybrid blood was pure because my grandfather was descended from the original vampires. Could this really be him? For some reason, I was picturing him a lot … wrinklier and more disgusting-looking. This guy is almost dazzlingly fresh-faced.

(FLASHBACK) "William I am sorry, but Adam is your firstborn, not Malcom. Malcom is Azzrail's son. Please, believe me. I never wanted to be mated with two men, I was your mate William, but these traditions and customs forced me to be both your mates, Adam is my son which I had with you, you're the man I love William, Azzrail forced himself on me first, so when I got pregnant you thought it was your son, but Malcom is Azzraill's son. Adam is our son, he is my son. I never wanted Malcom. Please understand!" I was just standing still looking at my mother who was down on her knees crying at my father's feet, I looked at my brother, his blue eyes immediately turned black, I saw my uncle remove is

Lucian asks while practically staring into my soul? I shake my head slowly, and he smiles. "I've always pointed out how human he acts. He even says during his puphood; he had moments of human thought...Your words just now made me realize something. I don't have a human ancestor. I am an eleventh-generation Alpha, and none of my family members have mated a human. I am from a long line of wolves mated to wolves, but Kohn isn't. His grandfather's mate was human. The grandfather wasn't the oldest son, so he wasn't my grandfather's beta. But Kohn's father was older than his uncle, so he was Beta. Kohn was born at the same time I was, and we became the highest rank in our generation's puppack. I t

“The memory of Enzo Black’s ancestors killing my great grandmother is fresh in the minds of many elves, including the parents of the one that challenged Maliyah. Many have not forgiven and disprove of Maliyah now.” I give Derek a moment to take in his family tree. He is shocked and I can see the blame all over his face. “Derek, it’s not your fault….” “Yes it is. I should’ve killed that son of bitch sooner. Wait. So Maliyah and I are actually related then.” “Yes, very distant cousins.” “Are there any living members of that side of the family? Besides Maliyah.” “No, not that I am aware of. From what I gathered, Enzo was the last and he had no other children outside of Maliyah and Malayah.”

He looks at me as though seeing me for the first time. “You are not merely descended from alphas.” I swallow. “Then what am I?” His voice drops to a whisper. “You are descended from the Moon Goddess herself.” The words ripple outward like a shockwave. Someone in the distance gasps. Draven’s hand tightens around mine. “That’s impossible,” I breathe. Malrik shakes his head slowly. “There are old legends. Of a bloodline chosen to carry a fragment of her essence. A sovereign line. Not ruling by pack law, but by divine right.”

Quinn, still tilting her head from side to side, turns and looks at me while I wrap an arm around my mate. “Take a look at this,” I say, showing off my mate mark. Both women gasp and Emerson and Uncle Eli step forward, looking at my mark. “Is that…” Uncle Eli begins. “A dragon?” Aunt Grace asks, looking back at Madelyn. “My mate is ULTRA-special!” I say, kissing the side of her head. “I’m not technically a dragon, I’m just descended from them, and I have some dragon magic,” Madelyn says modestly. “Not only is she descended from dragons, but she’s descended from the clans that were guardians and protectors,” I say proudly, knowing my family of Guardians and mates of Guardians will appreciate

the last of Reagan’s sisters arriving today. Malin is mated to my son and she is a true Holstin. They have six pups and I wouldn’t be at all surprised if she pulled an Angel and ends up having another pup several years younger than the others, just like Reagan. Emerson is mated to Malin’s twin, Quinn. Somehow, Emerson has managed to keep Quinn to a respectable four pups, but you never know. She’s a Holstin, after all. Both of them have a set of twins, both girls. They are terrors and I can say that because one set of those twins are my granddaughters. And by terrors, you understand that I mean those girls can get a wolf, ANY wolf, to roll over and show their belly just because they asked th

Katrina sadly denies she would be if her mate had marked her, but she clearly heard him, he doesn't want her and does not accept the bond. "That's impossible, the only pack with gifts and capable of transforming at will is the Clear Moon, since our ancestors come from a species called Licánteles. We are the last descendants of that species in the world, at least the last known ones. Alpha Ragnar and his sister are the great-grandchildren of a pure Licántel, Alpha Manuel Shadowfang. Are you sure you are not from Licántel descendants?" "Licántel?" Katrina doesn't understand anything. She knew about the gifts of the Clear Moon pack members because Ragnar had helped her heal from her bullet woun
