I asked. The old woman cleared her throat and spoke, “This is the world of Majika. Where every one of us that lives in this place has magic. Majika World has split into two; the world of Mage, where you are now, and the other is the world of Black Wizards. Black Wizards are the mortal enemy of the Mages. The Black Wizards use black magic, and it is harmful. And witch wizards curse our town, and tonight we will all transform into wolves, whether young or adults. That’s because of that witch’s curse.” the old woman explained sadly. That’s so sad. "Is there any way you can get rid of the curse?" I asked. I wanted to help them undo the curse.

You doesn’t want it too, right?” "He is a hollow soul," I said, my voice dropping to a firm, commanding whisper. "But we are the Black Widow Pack. We don't do evilness here. We don't murder. We protect." Malcolm’s chest heaved as he stared at me, the golden fire in his eyes slowly fading into his familiar, warm brown.

Unlike the city wherein she grew up, no skyscrapers could be seen. Instead, three stories buildings made of black-colored bricks littered the Rancid City. With the sky in constant darkness with no indication of day and night and with no worries of a sudden rain due to the absence of nature along with the four seasons, the mist that came from the chimneys of the taverns enveloped the capital city of the Nether World.

"A pup playing in the—" The beast’s voice cut off into a strangled gurgle. Malakai’s hand found the creature’s ankle. The infant’s dark eyes locked onto the white fur. Suddenly, the golden glow of the Under-City’s power grid flickered. The dark mist erupted from Malakai like a swarm of starving locusts, wrapping around the First Wolf’s leg.

Technically they didn’t, but yet they did. Irritated when the black wolf seemed to be fragile-brained to the wizard, Malakar snapped the swift small brown creature's neck without even moving a centimetre. He then twisted his long-boned fingers, turning his palm over as if he was bored. Even added a fake yawn. “For a werewolf, known to be so swift that even the wind dares to not mess with your speed, you sure make it seem hard, huh.”

He told him. Hierro frowned. Even though what Reyan said is similar to what he has seen in movies, still, he knows that this is reality, and reality is way crueler than fiction, which was based on reality. He knows how truly dangerous the world is now. “In another world, the witches were divided into two factions.” Reyan continued as if he didn’t see Hierro’s frown. “The evil witches are called ‘black witches’, while the good witches that cures and help people are the ‘white witches’.” He said. “Since the witch that came to this world is an evil witch, then I will tell you about the evil witches of that world.” He told Hierro.
