It could be sarcasm but there was no other explanation for how strange this place was. I had seen enough Marvel movies to know I was right in the middle of some shit like that. The healing wounds, all this hierarchy talk, the ‘dimensional portal’. There was no doubt about it. He leaned in. “Mind if I confirm a suspicion of mine?” He wasn’t asking, it was entirely rhetorical. He was definitely having fun with this. What a completely sadistic bastard.

They both like to wear black suits, they both have chiseled faces and their necks look thicker than they are in reality. Opposite them, three across the table, sat Marco Clark, his lawyer, and his financial advisor, all of whom bear a striking resemblance to him. Marco Clark is the biggest gadget vendor in all of LV. His brand, Gadget Rolls, is just as big as theirs, and maybe a year or two ago, it may have even been a little bigger. Looking at the man, one would not know he was anything close to what he is. Marco Clark wore framed eyeglasses that, with their round shape, gave his face a certain smooth, slightly-feminine look. He had the air of the merely comfortable.

Marley called her husband. Fear made Mrs. Marley has tears in his eyes. She hoped her husband would wake up to help her. The clown was now right in front of him. "Don't kill me!" The clown was getting closer to Mrs. Marley and waved the baseball bat in her hand. “Aaaaa!”

Mara said "Who the hell are you people??? Who the hell are you clowns? Killian shouted.... Mara lost her cool "You should be called Clown and not us for betraying a Friend that trusted you impotent man" Mara shouted..... Killian's eye widened. He didn't expect to Meet Mara in this dare situation.

I say with my voice almost breaking down before deciding to man up again. I expect storming questions from Marcel but all I get is a burst of raging laughter, I stand fixed to a spot really furious as to what he's up to and how he does things. The bail jumper froze for a moment as he caught a good look at the towering man standing beside him, then he got an idea and threw the remainder of his drink in Brick's face. The annoyed werewolf growled as he wiped the beer from his eyes. He took one look at his crew and waved them off. Brick's eyes were blazing with rage when he turned to Clive who had been trembling as he inched his way toward the door only to find himself surrounded by other members of The Howler M.C.

Martha said quietly, and Madam Jewel frowned before looking away, trying hard to put a positive spin on the situation and thinking of something else to say. “Exactly! That's what I'm trying to figure out!” Dean said, exasperated and frustrated, “I know she's a woman with her own life to live, but doing a vanishing trick on us is not like her!” A nervous laugh escaped Madam Jewel's throat at Dean's outburst, and when she looked into his eyes, she realized her son was frowning at her, and she mumbled, “Let’s not act like Melina has not done some weird stuff that had not shocked all of us... like marrying that... that thing... that has your brother in jail.”

Otherwise i have to listen to many questions i don’t even know the answer of. “Shut up, you freaking like someone?” She asks again. The guy who licks his fingers when no one is looking. One of the villains pinned him with shadow tendrils. Mike shouted, “James, duck!” He pressed a button. The drone shot upward, releasing a shockwave of blue light that exploded outward. The villains staggered back, their forms glitching. James rolled away, chest heaving. “Mike! That thing is crazy!” Mike smirked. “Thank me later.” Clara watched all of them fighting, helping, and risking themselves. For her. Something inside her tightened. The tallest villain steadied himself and pointed directly at Clara. “We smell your blood, child of the old time. Your power will awaken soon… and when it does…”
