Fated To Mate

Fated To Mate

Perfect for hiding. They rented a small apartment above a closed-down bookstore, the kind with creaking stairs and windows that rattled when the wind came in off the water. Kael took work wherever he could, loading docks, night shifts, anything that kept them fed and unremarkable. Max filled the space with quiet routines: coffee in the mornings, notes stuck to the fridge, soft music playing while she relearned how to exist without fear breathing down her neck. She laughed more now. Not loudly, not often but sometimes.

Surrogate for My Mafia Ex

Surrogate for My Mafia Ex

I pick it up, flipping it over to examine the elegant silver embossed font on the cover. “A charity auction catalog?” I ask, lifting a skeptical eyebrow as I look up at him. “Why the hell are you bringing me luxury retail listings, Max? We have an active mafia war brewing.” “Open it,” Max says coolly, dropping his heavy weight into the leather armchair across from me and crossing his legs. “Turn straight to page twelve.”

QUEEN TOSHIBA: GAVE BIRTH TO A WOLF CHILD

QUEEN TOSHIBA: GAVE BIRTH TO A WOLF CHILD

When he gives me a threatening smile as he passes by me, I give him the finger and I am this close to take him down when the man talks again. “What is your name, little girl ?” He demands. “Are you threatening me?” “You would know if I did.” “Bring it on then. I am Antiope Everstone of the Waterend Pack and not fucking afraid of you!” Amusement glints in his eyes and my fury burns even hotter. Does he think that I am joking? That this is cute? “Let’s show him,” Maximo is scratching the back of my mind, demanding to be released and I am glad that she too finds him enraging.

Forced Marriage To The Bilionaire Chef

A frown forms on his brow and he lowers the card again. “Give me a second.” Max tells her before leaving the room. Ally looks at Ruth. The woman is waiting for Ally to ask her to do something and Ally has nothing to ask her. Ally smiles at Ruth and decides it would be less awkward to just follow Max. Max finds Ally again halfway through the apartment. He has a small device in his hand. It is a small cylinder with a little light shining from it. “Look through here,” Max tells Ally, handing her the device. “It will enlarge the writing.”

Vend To The Mafia Lord

Vend To The Mafia Lord

I stood up and walked through his room but it was locked it seemed like those girls have left already, still, that was so weird of Gladimir to lock his room before leaving. ~~~ I went to my room where I rested for many hours but when I turned around in bed I check the clock it was still high but very late and Gladimir and his men weren't back yet. I was loitering in the living room when the food opened and my heart heated as he got warmed just at the idea of seeing Gladimir. Unfortunately, Max walked in with a bag which he laid open on the table. It was a bag filled with all types of guns. He took out a jotter and a pen laid on the table while looking at me lustfully with an annoying smile o

Reclaimed by My Alpha

Reclaimed by My Alpha(Reclaimed by My Ruthless Alpha)

I hoped it was useful, and not just someone’s diary. Max was waiting in the tunnel outside the chamber when I returned. I didn’t tell him about the book—for now, I kept it tucked into the inner pocket of my jacket, where no one would find it. False hopes and all that. We walked back through the tunnel in companionable silence. Max stayed close to me this time, close enough that our arms occasionally brushed. He looked sad, but more at peace, like visiting the last known place his father had been was a relief that he needed.

I really enjoy this novel and hope to see more, as it’s been 2 months. I miss the original cover and how it reflected the FL’s strength and leadership. The new cover suggests a very different kind of story. Please bring back original cover, or hope future artwork better reflects the story.

I love this story! 594 chapters in and I still find myself captivated by it. The characters, the world building and the evolving nature of everything is so fascinating. I’d love to see what happens next, and I really hope this continues!

RISING EX WIFE : Love Me Again Mrs Graves

RISING EX WIFE : Love Me Again Mrs Graves

Sara immediately intercepted him, touching his arm and leaning in close. "Max, I'm so glad you came," she purred, her voice carrying across the quiet gathering. Max didn't even glance in her direction. He shrugged off her touch and continued forward, his jaw set in a hard line. When he reached the grave, he stood silent for a long moment, his head bowed in respect. Then he knelt, placing a small object beside the pile of dirt, a worn poker chip, I realized with a start. The same one my father had given him on his fifteenth birthday.

My Mate’s Shadow in My Bed

My Mate’s Shadow in My Bed

He couldn't process it. He had just watched the woman he'd destroyed burn alive. Tristan's wolf let out a pained whine from deep inside him. He threw his head back and howled at the raging inferno—a long, broken sound of pure despair. --- Meanwhile, I was already stepping into the car Maxim had sent for me. Maxim sat in the shadows, his golden eyes glinting in the dark. He said nothing, just silently handed me a warm blanket, draping it over my still-trembling shoulders.

Intoxicated Vengeance

Intoxicated Vengeance

Author's Pov Max burned his fifth cigarette glaring at the burning sticks in the fire place, he had everything planned perfectly, he would have gotten his hold on that little bitch, he just needed to find the best opportunity after all his men were plastered all over the Italy but he underestimated Ace Sullivan, he forgot his big brother wasn't the same Ace anymore, he had turned way more cunning and devious than before.

I wonder if the role were reversed & Ace's father/mother have beaten Aurora for years beaten her almost to death how would have Aurora felt if Ace still tried to protect them like Aurora always tries to protect her dear father(child abuser)? We can't ignore what Ace went through just bcz he is a man.
