Slave To The Archangel

Slave To The Archangel

Maze is reserved on the outside, cold to some but soft as a marshmallow underneath it all. In a way, Maze reminds me of myself, and now I'm beginning to understand that we belong together. Maze is my mate, and I can't stay away from her anymore. She has those kinds of eyes that can see into your soul and captivate you on the spot. I'm already placed under her spell, unable to break free.

Dragon-kissed

Dragon-kissed

They would be like ants drowned in consolidated droplets, and the water wouldn’t know the difference. Even as Sasha’s heart pounded with fear for both his and Aki’s lives, he willed himself to think quickly. He was using both his memory and mental calculations to study all the turns they passed in a blur and all the others they took in haste. Like in a house of mirrors, everything looked the same. But Aki was right, the maze was following cat’s cradle patterns. Each design lasted for exactly ten minutes unless they tripped a wire, in which case the maze would immediately proceed to the next. There was also a transition of ten seconds between designs.

Impossible Mates

Impossible Mates

I was peacefully sleeping in bed, when I woke up to Rudy pulling telling me we had to leave, he runs us downstairs picking up a pair of shoes telling me to jump on his back. I listen as I was still half asleep, he runs out the house where I saw everyone else running scared, I didn't know what the heck was gonna on, at this point, I still didn't know if I was dreaming or not. Rudy follows everyone else into a little bunker where it was very cramped, I jump down off his back as he takes my hand walking us through the mass of people, he takes us over to his mother who as we got closer was standing on a little raised platform, it was weird not seeing her with his father.

Chase Run

Chase Run

She was running and running along the path laid out not knowing where she was going. Eloisa ran all the way to the hospital from the pub, which was almost on the other end of the village. As soon as she heard the news, she closed the pub and ran all the way to the hospital. When she reached her mother's room, she saw her sleep and nurse fixing her saline tube. Eloisa entered the room and the nurse looked up at her. The room smelt so stale and filled with medicinal smell that it made her almost choke. She had never really liked hospitals anyway. She came to the hospital only three times including today. Not once she felt comfortable here. Hospitals always smell of stale and death to her. The

Kissed by the Alpha's Inferno

Kissed by the Alpha's Inferno

“If you don’t hurry up, your friends in that maze will die! Haha!” I’m on my feet at once, revving for a lethal attack when thick large vines shoot out from the floor beneath me. They impale my movements, wrapping around my body as I struggle ravenously, biting, chewing, recklessly thrashing around as they fasten tighter by the second.

Dragon Born Luna

Dragon Born Luna

My stomach lurched violently. "Let's keep moving," I gritted out, turning away from the horrific sight and toward another archway on the far side of the courtyard. The maze punished us for our choice. We encountered a staircase that looped back on itself no matter which direction we climbed. A bridge that extended further the more we walked across it. A room filled with identical doors, each leading to a different point in the maze we'd already passed. At one point, we found Mara kneeling over Lissa's unconscious form near a patch of suspiciously red mushrooms.

Escape Luna

Escape Luna

I couldn't believe what was in front of me, and squeezed my arm fiercely, the sharp pain made me shiver, cold sweat soaked my clothes, it became obvious that this time was not in a dream. Wild roar of insects in the mountains, my scalp tingled, thinking of what the man said, is that true? I had to find my father and the others. But I just stood up I fell off my center of gravity and rolled down the stairs, scrambled to get up but fell into a large hole, the light was too dark I simply did not notice the hole.

Dream Mate

Dream Mate

And to make it more annoying between each ladder and slide were very angry-looking plastic… Yes, those are monkeys. “What the fuck? Is this my mind creating this weird ass shit, or is the Shit Witch just fucking with me by literally making this a nightmare game?” I shook my head because it didn’t matter. I need to get through this maze of crap and to the finish. I take on Donkey Kong or whoever the big boss monkey is. I wish August were with me; he’s the smart one. He thinks things through and could make a strategy. He could find the pattern to these shoots and ladders. I started up the first ladder, having to dodge bananas being thrown at me.

All of this authors stories are honestly great, but the personality of Tiberius was truly so well written! Super funny, yet sexy, and also endearing etc. Extremely good job author - so excited for more! :)

This book is worth the read even though I found Tiberius to be annoyingly funny, I still enjoyed this book and the journey of him and Katrina coming together and succeeding in getting out. Every chapter Thales was in was so touching.

Vows of convenience Hearts in Collision

Vows of convenience Hearts in Collision

Mechanical limbs fused with organic precision, red sensors scanning, tracking, calculating our every move. My pulse spiked. “It’s back!” Caelum tightened his grip on my hand. “We face it. Now.” The labyrinth roared around us, alive and hungry. The air around us shimmered with tension, thick and electric. Sparks from damaged panels crackled like fireflies in the darkness, casting jagged shadows across the walls. My heart raced, matching the rapid rhythm of the labyrinth’s pulse. Below us, the new adversary moved with terrifying precision its limbs a seamless blend of metal and muscle, sensors scanning every angle, calculating every escape route.

Forbidden never felt this good

Forbidden never felt this good

“Left seems safest. Minimal fire, fewer sensors. But it’s a gamble. She’s designed this like a puzzle every wrong turn triggers consequences.” Marcus moved forward mechanically, scanning ahead, every muscle coiled. Liam stayed at the rear, protecting our backs. I realized, in that moment, that no one could protect me from her mind the mind that had orchestrated this inferno, this maze, this game. The left corridor narrowed, forcing us into a single file. I led, flash drive clutched tightly, aware that one misstep could trigger a hidden mechanism, a trap, or worse. The walls seemed to close in, the heat pressing against my skin, sweat dripping down my forehead.
