I reach the far side of the field and skid to a stop, panting, exhilaration coursing through me.

I nod, focusing my mind. I can picture an opponent now, a rogue wolf with sharp teeth and fierce eyes. I imagine the growl, the threat, and it stirs something primal within me. With a determined breath, I take off again, sprinting faster than before, weaving with purpose. I dodge left, then right, imagining the rogue lunging for me, snapping its jaws.
