Maze Runner Imagines Novels & Stories

She marked each one's position in her memory and planned the path through them, the route that avoided every trigger point, the sequence of movements that would let them pass through without registering. It was like threading a needle in the dark. She explained the path to Ragnar and Dex in precise detail. Ragnar absorbed it with his eyes closed, not dismissively but the way he absorbed spatial information, building the three-dimensional map of it internally. Dex traced it with his finger on the ground, committing it to muscle memory. When the window opened they moved exactly as Marina had described. Dex led through the training grounds, Ragnar in the middle, Marina on rear reading the senso

Participants must use their sense of smell to identify these substances and follow the right trail. 2. **Keen Hearing:** Throughout the maze, specific sounds are played, such as howls, footsteps, or even verbal instructions. Participants must follow these sounds to find the correct path. 3. **Subtle Touch:** In certain areas, participants may encounter textured surfaces or objects that, when touched, will indicate the correct direction. These tactile elements can help guide them. 4. **Physical Challenges:** In addition to sensory aspects, some physical challenges, such as narrow passages, elevations, and drops, will test participants' agility and physical ability.

After I finish with the treadmill I will start on weights. As I run I lose myself just like I do every morning. The rhythmic way my feet hit the treadmill seems to put my mind in a trance. I find myself daydreaming about different realities. Better realities than the one I am currently living. Sometimes, the realities I create involve Darcy being by my side as a loving mate, and others involve my father being healthy again, but all of them involve being back home with my brothers. When my lungs are burning I hit the stop button and step off. I accidently ran 5 miles at a sprint and my legs are feeling it.

Mia Heather POV The sun was high that morning, governed by clear skies and adorned with bright clouds. "The perfect weather for a bit of training," Loren exclaimed, pulling me outside. He took me to a race track at the center of the pack. It was big and formed a wide circle, with the middle of the track carrying a rugby field. The race course was carved in sand, contrasting the luscious grass on the rugby field. It was magnificent, nothing I had ever seen in the Bloodmoon pack.

She then gaily raised her forefinger as she pointed the entrance of the labyrinth maze. "Should we.. play the maze, your highness? Last one in there is a rotten egg!" Margaret hollered as she hastened through the opening of the maze with determination to win a competition where the other participant doesn't even have an ounce of vim to do a mere brisk walk. "You should also run! She's winning! Let me take over so the bitch will learn her lesson! How daring she is to utter those words at us earlier!" Mildred was seething with furious smoke. But again, Yseah just heave an exhausted sigh.

A second later, a sniper fell over the railing, his rifle clattering to the floor. ‎ ‎"How are you doing that?" Vexa gasped, reloading. ‎ ‎"I can see them," I breathed, the magic humming in my blood. "I can see the paths." ‎ ‎"Keep seeing them!" Kaelen roared. "Move!" ‎ ‎We broke cover. ‎ ‎We sprinted through the maze of slot machines. I was the navigator. ‎ ‎"Duck!" I shouted. ‎ ‎Kaelen ducked. A shotgun blast took the head off a statue right where his head had been.

“Inside, you’ll face illusions meant to break your spirit. You must find the exit without succumbing to the traps within. Only then will you truly earn our trust.” I nodded, stepping toward the maze. The crowd murmured behind me, but I blocked them out, focusing on the task ahead. As I entered the maze, darkness enveloped me. The air was thick and heavy, making it difficult to breathe. Shadows danced along the walls, their shapes shifting and twisting into terrifying forms. “Just illusions,” I reminded myself. “They can’t hurt you.” But the maze was relentless. It conjured images of Damian, his twisted grin haunting me as he mocked my efforts. It showed me my twins, crying out for me as I st

--- Elsewhere in the maze, the Game bled. At least, that’s how it felt to Corvin. He tore through the tunnels like he intended to rip the entire level open with his bare hands. The ghost train had shot past him in a blur of static and hate; he’d felt it yank at the edges of his existence, hungry for his code. He’d braced himself for the pull. It hadn’t taken him. It had taken others.

“All of us have to earn our places. No shortcuts.” “But…” I blinked. “Do I have to do the empathy maze? Because I’m very empathetic, I think. Like, yesterday I cried watching a pigeon limp across the courtyard.” Dee chuckled. “Then you’ll do just fine. But yes, empathy maze, obstacle course, and a magical background scan.” My mind spun. “What does the scan do? Will it detect fallen angel energy? Will it break the machine? What if I accidentally explode something?” “Then,” Riven said dryly, “you’ll look very impressive.”

} Trevor yelled and I ran to the door as the other three followed. I opened it and again was shocked by what I saw. There were about five rouges in the hall on one side. On the other side was a slightly bigger than average blond wolf, a large black wolf and a average sized brown wolf. That wasn't so shocking, what was surprising was the fact that there was a multicolored wolf with them. I stared in disbelief. The wolf was larger than average but not as big as an alpha wolf. The most remarkable thing was that it radiated power. I took a deep breath and then realized who the multicolored wolf was. Shit. That was my Mate and she was stalking towards the rouges by herself. "What the hell?" Liam
