I narrowed my eyes at him and pointed behind me, to all the stuff thrown about. "What? You want to read like a weak little human? Mane looked dissatisfied as he grumbled. “Easy steps kid,” Dan’s figure flashed as he disappeared from his former position and reappeared right next to Mane. He ruffled Mane’s golden hair with a small grin on his face as Mane tried to get the man off him. Mane was tall, but Dan had the physique of a hulk. So Mane still looked like a kid before the giant man. After several dozens of seconds Mane was able to pull himself free.

This got the old man furious that he signalled for his men to come over, “Take her to my room, I am going to prove to you how worthless and shameless I am, and by the time I am done with you, I promise you will come back begging for more.” “Let go of me, you sick bastard!” Megan's voice echoed through the room, laced with desperation and fury. But her pleas fell on deaf ears as the men dragged her away with ruthless efficiency.

"Well, whatever she is to me, Kei, she and I will be taking our leave now," he replied and steered Megan in the direction they had come from to reach the open space. He pressed his wristwatch and a space opened in the ground to admit an elevator into the area.

I felt my little heart fill with panic as I looked up into her dark eyes, thinking I didn’t trust her, and just hoped she didn’t hurt me. “I’m not a gremlin” I said with a small frown, even though I was scared. Megan stepped on one of my hands and looked down at me heartlessly. “I wish you and your brother were both dead, so I could have your father all to myself” she said as I tried my best to move my hand from under her foot.

“Way too serious.” Max had already turned and walked inside. “Megatron, keep an eye on him. Let’s see if he likes broccoli. If he does, he’s not human.” Javier stood up, still laughing. “You really did have a kid with Pascha Romanov.” “Thanks for the reminder,” I mumbled. :::
