And that now we were away from Giovanni. The gates didn’t open immediately. The guards, warriors, stepped forward, hands on their weapons. Their eyes scanned the damage. The blood. The bruises. The dirt smeared over our skin. Then one of them recognized me. His eyes widened. “Delilah? Lysandra?” His eyes scanned her, but Lysandra did not respond. Her eyes were still empty. I nodded once. “I need to speak to Alpha Damon. Tell him it’s urgent.”

She pulled a napkin’s box, and handed me two before throwing the box back inside the car. “Eva D’Angelo” she said, extending her hand for me to shake “daughter of Beta, or in other words, ex beta, Mattia D’Angelo and Gabriella D’Angelo. Melina's POV. "Melina." I stood up immediately, running to where the alpha stood. If I didn't do that, I knew how bad my day would turn out to be. "Yes Alpha." I said and he smiled, I knew what the smile meant, no matter how I tried avoiding it, my day won't be that easy, I can't smile my way out of this or be obedient. I was born a slave, my family have been slaves half of their lives to the Cresent pack, my mother was a slave till she died, so was my father, I was now an orphan left to become the alpha's slave.

I unclasped my hands and tried to wrap my hands around my shoulder, but I suddenly stopped, a voice flashing in my head. “I, Alpha Dominic, reject you as my mate,” Dominic's face snapped me into a mid trance, pulling me into a deep, dark tunnel. I suddenly pulled away, breathing hard as he stepped back and stared down at me.

Get a grip, Danika. I hated how he called me by these endearments ‘doll’ and ‘princess’. He knew that it had an effect on me and I somehow just ended up obeying him. What is going on here? So tonight she couldn't escape. “You'll have to pay 10 million dollars if you mess with the agreement, do you understand?” Diana didn't nod or shake her head in response. She just silently stared at Alpha Darren. Which infuriated him.

Dakar replied. “That's all I need.” “Now tell me. Who is my DAOB?” Mila could see the greed for power in her husband's eyes. But it didn't bother her since all she wanted was for Jin to get safe. “What are you waiting for? Say the damn thing already!” Dakar screamed. “It's Selena! She's a DAOB!” Mila yelled. “Your niece?” “Yes.” Dakar's lips curve into a cruel smile. Then he burst into a cunning laugher.

Mellana questions the woman in the front door. “Mom? I thought she was your sister!” I exclaim. “Morgan?” Mom calls her. “Melissa!” Mellana’s mother answers with enthusiasm and runs towards my mother, and both women hug each other. “Oh, my Goddess! It’s been so long we’ve seen each other.” The woman named Morgan says. “It’s been way too long.” My mom agrees. “Are you the one responsible for setting this all up for us?” “Guilty.” Morgan laughs. “I moved some chopsticks to find out where you'd be staying since someone told me they were going to protect a girl named Pandora.” She says looking at her daughter with a smirk.
