Merit With Senior Novels & Stories

Now, there was nothing wrong with shifting closer to have a conversation— except that everything was wrong since it was just the two of us here and he stopped really close to me. I mean, invadingly close if there’s a word like that. “I was going to say Senior Combatant— Not Prince.” He muttered now, his voice deep as hell. Not that hell is an adjective for the depth of a voice and not that his voice is not deep enough to be paired with the depth of hell— I don’t know what I’m saying. The proximity was messing with me. “I am your senior since I joined Moonspire before you did and have more Claw points than you. So it’s advisable to respect me as a Senior and not be rude.” He said and then he

The message read: [Become victorious against the Mighty Merlocks] [You are a great leader, attaining a victory in war without even losing a single person from your side, the first in history] [Reward- +5 points on all the host’s Stats.] I let out a derisive snort. "Mediocre," I muttered, my tone dripping with disappointment. Five points, once a significant gain, now seemed paltry in comparison to my current stature. However, I couldn't help but acknowledge the system's consideration in crafting the reward based on the difficulty of the task. It was a thoughtful gesture, even if the reward itself didn't quite live up to my expectations.

"I'll need to call plenty of favors in the future. And when I do, you can note down how much you spent, and that will stack in the merit quota. Remember—you only get points if it's my request. Anything you spend on your own volition without my request doesn't count." Pausing, he watched Bernard fidget impatiently as he continued, "Luxury brand companies like point accumulation schemes and membership pecking orders, right? Different levels of membership offer different levels of service and rebates, as well as eligible goods and gifts available for redemption. Just think that one USD spent on my request is a merit point in your favor, and you get to redeem one Rejuvenation Pill when you get 5

"You haven't met Sir Benjamin or spent time with him yet. Once you get to know him you'll understand. Poor Noel. The old junior tilted his head in confusion. This old junior had been in the association for ninety years. Among the juniors, he had the most seniority, that's why he was called 'old' junior. Once he was able to achieve one hundred years of service he would be called a 'senior' then. If he contributed greatly and his achievements, while he was a junior, were all praise-worthy his status as a senior would be slightly above than the new seniors when he entered the Seniors circle.

It was a new message from the institute. After opening it, Allen found that it contained a new merit system. In the start it said that all merits earned from a task of project "Evo" would have value equal to ten times the merits of a task of another project of the same difficulty. After completely reading it,Allen thought that they had really gone all out The merits earned from project "Evo" could be used to purchase things not even available to the public. They might even have a small chance to join the board of directors.

The Knight General praised, as the group of knights finally climbed the podium. “For the achievement of becoming the best group of knights in this ceremony, I'll be the first to provide everyone with 150,000 Commonwealth credits. 250,000 credits will be provided to you knight captain, who trained you to become what you are today.” “The government will also provide 100,000 credits to each of the knight sergeants who acted as mentors to you, guiding you when you are in doubt.” “All these monetary gains are just the primary award of excellence. They are sub-standard compared to the greatest gift of all, the medal of excellence.”

In half a period, Merrick had already revised all the math topics from the sophomore year and had even mastered them. He could only stare in amazement. In the second half of the period, Eden quickly explained the topics for the junior and senior years, and Merrick managed to catch up on all of them.

If Fane was punished because of this, it would be quite a big blow to Fane. Phoenix Valley might actually lose an incredibly rare genius because of it. Elder Eliot took a deep breath. "What do you think Elder Maurice will write in the merit logs?" The merit logs were something Phoenix Valley had specifically to determine rewards and punishments. As long as one participated in a tournament, be it within Phoenix Valley or not, the person hosting the tournament or the one in charge of the team would write everything in the merit log after the tournament. It would detail the happenings of the tournament as well as each person's contributions, and the higher-ups of Phoenix Valley would then use t

Jennifer echoed, “Yeah, your new rules will keep everyone on their toes. I am not complaining. A strict merit-based system is a blessing for people like me who don’t have a powerful backing.” Mariana chided her in fake anger, “How can you be called someone with no background?” Liliana smiled, “That was my intent anyway.” Jennifer explained, “I got demoted, but I am still a senior nurse. I just lost some management rights, which works in my favor. I was not handling it well, and that dragged my overall performance. My pay also included a lot of variable entities, depending on my time in OT v/s ER v/s research. Overall, I am quite satisfied. It works well for me.”

Intrigued by their unexpected visit, he exited the barrier and appeared next to them. Curious as to their presence there, Severin asked, "What brings my two seniors here today?" As Severin had not interacted much with them in the past, he was a little puzzled as to their reasons for visiting him Raymond smiled wryly. "Seniority should be based on one's achievement. We're your juniors now that you've surpassed us in attainment." Celeste agreed. "Yes! Please refer to us as your juniors. I no longer qualify to your senior."
