Felix said, "Wayne’s attitude is quite good so I won't say anything else. It's a prestigious award, if you get it, then it is a recognition of your ability. However, if you don't get it, then just continue to work hard as it means that you still have areas you need to improve on. So, Mercy, control and compose yourself. I know that this is your only chance to get the Newcomer Award, but the Newcomer Award is also very competitive, every nominated person is on a par with you, having just one chance. Keep a healthy mindset and don't place so much emphasis on winning or losing. Even if you don't get it, it isn't utterly devastating." Unhappy upon hearing words that were originally meant to get

"So, I got 10 merit points. And it could be regarded as more?" "That's right." Charlotte Sky nodded hard and said, "As far as I know, at least half of our disciples haven't obtained the first merit point after entering the sect yet. Most of the other people had only one or two merit points. "Big Brother Montgomery, I can tell you frankly that among our group of disciples, your merit points are enough to make others envious." "It's true." Flame Gordon nodded. "I see." Caspian nodded and then pointed to the class that he was going to study. "Since merit points are so hard to earn, wouldn't it be easy for those who come to teach?"

I'm not above that, even with my name. "If you're competent that'll show, both in terms of recognition and the respect of your coworkers," I continue. "If you lack the ability or skills then your background and money won't save you from getting chewed out for your incompetence." "Then–what are the benefits to getting these merits?" "Students doing their residencies who show their skills and competence will get recommendations from the staff who think they've earned it and can potentially be hired on. Current employees who show that their positions are from skill alone will be getting a raise and more benefits."

I smile “ Completely. Unless you tell me that the injuries you received will keep you from doing the job.” “ I might be a little slower than the rest of the guys. Possibly take a few extra breaks but I can do the work. You have my word.” she says. “ Good. I need to go over this with my team. I may be the owner but I value their input. The mechanics interview is this afternoon, but since you just had yours. You won’t need to be here. I have four slots open if you are interested?” Mrs. Merrit is so excited she is bouncing in her chair. “ Yes. Yes. Thank you Mrs. Stevens.” I stand to shake her hand “ It is just Merigold. And you are welcome.” She takes my hand but in the process knocks over my

Those with talent and skill have higher seniority, while those who lack skill or talent can only be junior disciples." After hearing this from Markus, James also recalled the rules at Four Seasons, where culinary skills took precedence.

The faction would undoubtedly prioritize training him, so when Adrian was accepted as a senior member, most people's reactions were filled with envy rather than shock. Subsequently, Adrian followed the eight elders back to Nebula Sanctum. The difference between junior and senior members was significant. One crucial distinction was that senior members

She left with the elders without so much as looking back, although she subtly gave Frank's hand a squeeze when she walked past him. As for the elder who had just warned Silverbell, he was stroking his beard and smiling as he announced, "I hereby announce in the chief's stead that Riverton's qualifying berths are forfeited, in light of the branch manager disguising an Ascendant-ranked elite to insert him in a Birthright-rank qualifier. "The two forfeited berths would instead be made available to Zamri participants only." Silverbell paused for a moment when she heard the announcement but soon continued onward like nothing happened.

I put on a show ever since the first time I skated, and it was all for fun. Soon, I was staggering crowds." She argues with a petulant pout. "Well I haven't been... a figure skater since I was six." River steps forward as the presentation starts. "I was obsessed with numbers, and today, we talk about Merit Global's and how well this merge could do for everyone inside the circle.
