Where Wild Things Roam

Where Wild Things Roam

Imbued with fire, it zips and darts agilely in the wake of the were ranks, dancing flames leaping from its nimble feet, multiple tails and flickering along its coat, finishing off any wounded vamps and cremating any remains with explosive bursts of licking flames. Even with all that, the alpha’s still not done. In the water are swarms of mutated scaly water wolves under the direction of—and I can’t fucking believe my eyes seeing it— an actual mermaid. Guess I found the source of the water magic. As I watch, the water wolves overrun any water method a vampire uses to escape. Like the forces in the air and on the ground, this group is followed by some peculiar and excessively overpowered clean

Mirror of the Greykin

Mirror of the Greykin

The creature’s breathing was shallow, its body trembling with pain. Her fingers brushed against its fur, and she was taken aback by the spark of recognition. Her wrist-mark flared to life under her sleeve, a sharp, searing heat running down her arm. The wolf’s body twitched in response. She looked down at her own hand, the mark glowing faintly. **No.** It was impossible. The mark of the Greykin. It had not burned this fiercely in years. The wolf’s chest rose and fell in strained breaths, and Lia’s mind raced. She couldn’t leave him here. Not like this.

FALLEN PROMISE

FALLEN PROMISE

And what he saw below filled him with a bone-chilling terror. The sight before him was nothing like he expected. The mermaid, a creature of myth, was real—but what stunned him even more was that it was no ordinary mermaid. It was Don Martin’s granddaughter. Marlon could hardly believe his eyes. The girl, with the long, flowing hair and the shimmering tail that swished lazily in the water, looked almost ethereal. Her features were those of a child, but there was something otherworldly in her eyes. Just days ago, he had seen her walking on her own two feet during the parade, smiling and interacting with the townspeople. How had she transformed into this creature? How had she become a mermaid?

The Helm of Awe covered my left shoulder and on my right was Valknut. Yggdrasil was in the middle and flowing from the roots of the tree was a wolf head. On either side of the wolf was a Jericho 9mm, Kiran’s personal touch to my Zeta mark. From the bottom of the roots, down my spine, was a ghost rune designed by Malachi with my name Jericho adorning the top of Yggdrasil. An hour and a half later Marcus was finished and I put my shirt back on. Tonight I would have to undress with every member of the pack present and shift for the first time in my life.

Maid for Him

Maid for Him

“Folktales tell that Upland’s deity was a mermaid who abandoned the people for the constant wickedness many engaged in.” “That’s interesting,” Amber remarked. “True. It’s been a long time since anyone mentioned it, though. No one would believe.” “I see. No wonder Isis and her daughter didn’t believe me either,” Amber stated, remembering the unpleasant drama that had played out when she had told them. She quickly blocked out a threatening replay of the mocking laughter that had erupted from them that evening. "She was breathtaking with a golden tail." Miriam froze for a few seconds, in surprise, in deep thoughts. Her reaction worried Amber.

The Alpha's Mate

The Alpha's Mate

Terrick massage his forehead, he could feel the headache which is trying to find its way into his head. "Griffin," Dominic said looking at the creature which has the body of a lion, the tail of a snake, head and wings of a lion. It is popularly know as the grim reaper and the embodiment of death itself. "You will go to the packs in the South, I know you can handle them." The creature screech in an attempt to talk. "Chimera," he smiled at the creature which was like the griffin, it is a monstrous beast which is part lion, part goat and a snake demon.

The Deal With Grimm

The Deal With Grimm

Grimm said to himself. He got up from the rail that was connected to the side of the back road and pulled out a metal pipe from his back pocket. When he pulled it to the front of him, the pipe instantly transformed to his weapon, the scythe. He decided to go to the closest to him, which was Mila’s friends, Brenda and the guy. He descended over to the car and opened the passenger door. Before he removed the soul that was floating around her body, he took out the golden container that Lucifer had given to him before he came to this place. He opened it up and turned his attention to the soul. He touched the soul with the sharp tip of his scythe, which removed the soul from the body it was conne

The Pack's Emissary

The Pack's Emissary

“I guess we grew up so isolated within the pack, that other supernaturals didn’t seem totally real. I mean, sure, witches and vampires, but stuff like dragons and Mermaids? I knew of them, read a bit about them in the pack’s history books, but seeing really is believing, isn’t it?” “What was the name of the man we rescued?” Aislen frowned. “The green-haired one we found with Ember?” “Niarthen,” Rhett supplied. “He was hot. Weird looking, but hot. I wonder if his pubic hair is green? Do Mermen even have pubic hair or pubic scales?” He sniggered. “Do you know, Talen?” Cameron asked looking up at their bearded mate.

The Merman, My Man

The Merman, My Man

My heart thumped since the color of my blood meant that I was beginning to change into a mermaid, and Dicken was declaring to his subjects that I was his. Seemingly guessing my thoughts, Dicken looked up at me and flashed an evil smile, while his tongue licked away by blood, bit-by-bit. His eyes were unusually bright and his smile flirty yet devilish, as if he was a vampire performing the Embrace on me. Right now, the way he looked was just so bewitching, bearing lethal charm akin to drugs. I felt a rush of emotion instantly as my whole body flushed sensitively, and I quickly wrapped myself around him in surprise, so that the other merfolk wouldn’t notice what was wrong with me since it was

I don't think I was prepared for what I clicked on, but the concept and execution of the the story, white possibly triggering for some, the story actually has great promise! I want to know more about what the old lady said in the dream as well as what happens to Linda.
