"Guys look!" The two rippling glowed with faint light. But it wasn't just that. Beneath the water, two figures emerged, their glowing white eyes locked onto the crew. "Mermaids," Theo whispered. The sea calmed immediately as one of the creatures launched herself from the water, landing gracefully on the rocks. Her hair flowed in thick lavender waves, adorned with pastel shells. Her ears curled like snail shells, and her emerald green tail shimmered with flecks of purple as she slammed it against the rocks, cracking a chunk off into the sea.

Sounds of music blare in my ear and I can hear noise coming out of the place. "Hey Aqua?" Silva my friend nudge me on the shoulder as I try to wriggle my way through the crowd "I'm fine" I smile as I look at her she looks so beautiful and participating just like me "Wow….Aqua you look so dazzling bet your Prince charming won't take his eyes off you" She giggled and cross her hands over my shoulder "Thanks, Silva, you look amazing too" "My bad I'm blushing" She held her cheeks in a shy manner.

She laughed, "Okay. I will leave them alone." Damien and I got in the Hummer with Ely and Eivin and we left for the airport. Once we were in the air, I asked Damien why they want us there. I didn't think we could offer much help. He replied, "They know you are good at uniting species. They want to ally with the mermaids." I smiled, "Sweet! We could do the same!" He agreed, "The Queen of the Mermaids lives in one of the lakes in Nebraska." I furrowed my brows, "Really? I would've thought she lived in the ocean or the sea?" He shook his head, "Nope. This lake is her childhood home, so this is where she feels most comfortable." I smiled, "That is so cool."

All that matters is that they can do whatever they want without restriction. The whole swimming pool is colorful. The area was noisy, crowded with people, and a variety of buffet food and drinks were everywhere. A wine glass was arranged in a tower and wine was poured. I then make my way to the same beach I have been visiting these last few days. Removing my clothes and hiding them in a bush on the edge of the beach I quickly make my way to the water. When the water reaches my chest I change back to my original form. Mer-people don't actually have anything covering their chest unless they put something on themselves and when they change from human to mermaid the clothes they wear disappear anyways. I left my top in my apartment so I'm currently topless but I don't plan on showing myself to anyone so it's fine.

It would be best to start clarifying everything. "Those mermaids are not like us, they are half monster, half fish. They are Irish Syren, Oceania´s enemies, and they are our enemies," I explained. I inquired, scanning the surroundings with a critical eye. My gaze landed on a pool at the far end of the building. It was an eyesore, overgrown with weeds and teeming with dirt. I almost turned away, repelled by the neglect, until I spotted a figure within the pool. A closer look revealed it to be a mermaid. “What’s her name?” I gestured towards the murky pool. A scoff rippled through the mermaids below, hidden beneath feigned annoyance. Yet, the green-tailed mermaid, who tried to seduce me earlier, dared to scoff without restraint. I seized her throat, my grip unyielding.
