She just had to keep swallowing hard. She reached out to her cup of water and drank it at once with shaky hands. "So what are you guys?" "We are known to be just TRANSFORMERS. This means we can take up any form of anything or anyone we wish. We also can create confusion and tamper with one's mind or thoughts without going through the whole spell thing - ours is natural and we are smooth at it." Pan praised their qualities. Jane forced a subtle smile and looked away. It was good they were normal compared to the beast that she had met.

This was because his Incomplete Partial Transformation involved his ears (for hearing), his feet (for speed) and the development of claws (for attacking). A Complete Transformation was a thing of myth, and no one had ever been able to access such a level of transformation. It was said that this transformation was basically animorphing. The belief was that a Complete Transformation would allow a Beastman to become the very beast they earned their strength from! However, because it had never been seen, it wasn't a well understood power. The one that had been witnessed was Full Partial Transformation.

Ray nods and pulls out a photo from his desk's drawer, "Watch this." "What's this?" he examines the photo. "It looks like a black card." "I hacked this photo from one of their websites. It's called a Pecto, there's total seven of them, if the informations are correct." "The Conditorem is quite aficionado of Latin words," he furrows his forehead. "I never understood why their symbol is an innocent bird like swift bird. What do they mean by that? That they can be impeccable and try to make this world better?" he clenches his teeth, then looks up at his friend. "Um, anyway, how can we grab this Pecto?"

I happily reached for it but all of a sudden it entered inside my body. “The Feather of Metamorphosis has chosen you, Princess Cerina. Its main ability is Changeover. It can transform from one thing to another no matter what the user wish to have. It does not only change its state or form but, it can also acquire the ability of other celestial weapons. Well, that is one of the strongest weapons among the 12. So don't ever let it get out of your care,” Archmaster revealed about my weapon. I was totally speechless by what he said. But I was able to withdraw my shock expression when he spoke again.

“A Manananggal can separate its lower body from its upper body and it can sprout wings from its back. It transforms at night only. It can easily take the shape of a human because it morphs from a human. The only way to destroy the creature is to detach its upper body from its lower body and rub salt on the lower half so its torso can’t re-connect. The body should stay that way until the sunrise,” “That’s rather upsetting,” Romos commented. “From this point on, I am taking a pack of salt with me everywhere.” “A Manananggal can take a human body as a host if it is killed, staying in there until the metamorphosis starts again. The process can take years until the human body completely morphs in

They were merely ordinary people from another age. Victor treated those transmigrators equally. Those with talent who could contribute to the kingdom were given important positions, while those whose minds were filled with schemes were beheaded as a warning to others. After all, this age belonged to us.

He had decided I should play the hunter while he played the hunted. I was ready to leap after him when I felt my newly gained spirit energy surging inside me. It was that satisfying. I sat back down and slowly transmuted the energy into my own power. It would be a shame to waste all that raw energy instead of using it to strengthen myself. … The next morning, I visited Matteo at his office with breakfast in hand. Madam Freya had told me that the way to win a man's heart was through his stomach. I believed her completely, even though I had absolutely no experience with cooking. Not that it mattered. This world actually had something called "takeout."

Something flickered over his face as his gaze shifted to Clara. pride. "The transformation completed," he declared. It wasn't a question. Clara gave a nod. Marcus took a closer look at her, examining her critically as if he had witnessed this before. "You retained your consciousness. That is good. Most do not." "Most?" Ash asked. "The transformation is unpredictable," Marcus said. "Some emerge as nothing more than animals. Others lose themselves completely to the creature. Very few maintain any sense of self." "But Clara did," Ash said.

He must’ve known we were losing. He immediately shifted. My eyes popped out of my head. If we hadn’t been right in the middle of a pack war I would've probably passed the fuck out. Holy shit. Holy shit!! Ingrid looked at me - eyes popping out of her head. Red didn’t turn into a wolf. He turned into a fucking bear. A huge ass red - of course - grizzly. He was a metamorph. I was beginning to wonder if all the old stories we used to hear as kids were actually true. Witches .. creating werewolves by biting humans… teleporting .. which I could do but still .. and now an actual metamorph. Right in front of me.
