“I want to see everything.” They obey. Demon moves his hips like he’s dancing to music only he can hear. He unbuckles his belt with a snap that makes me swallow hard. John tries to keep his composure, but when Demon gets ahead, his ego snaps. He bends down, pulls off his shoes, his socks, then straightens with a look that pierces me like a flaming spear.

You will pay greatly for cheating on me. Whispering, this Demon walked towards his big glass window from where he can see the whole city. Demon looked at the busy city just then his eyes fell on a poster. A model was showing a revealing dress in the picture. Demon's eyes turned red in anger because the model was no other than his ex-wife Katrina whom he used to love more than his life and the same girl abandoned him and his one-day-old baby boy just because of her bullshit modeling career.

More to the right.” Reed Taylor kicked a mighty kick, and the demon grabbed at its face and fell to the ground. I cheered, but that was cut short when the Mark on my back seared into my soul. It was excruciating.

The giant had managed to cling on to the edge of the mouth. “Please save my friends…,” It was Jackson’s final words before he got pulled down the pit, his screams echoed inside the mouth of the demon and I couldn’t do anything but cry in grief. A flash of lightning crackles overhead, reflecting hellfire in the matte black depths of its eyes. “I’ll never be yours,” I snarl back. The weight of Jake’s body pins me down. I can barely move. But I won’t let Amos break me, not while I still have hope. The demon grins. “You already are.” Disgust and terror bubble up in my very soul as it closes the distance between us and swoops in for a brutal kiss. My hands claw at its chest to push it away, but it’s no use. Amos is too strong.

This was where the demon would attempt its final ascension, seizing complete control over Alex's body and soul. Without wasting a moment, Mia and Heartman began the ancient chants, their voices harmonizing with an ethereal resonance that filled the chamber. The words reverberated through the air, a powerful incantation designed to weaken the demon's grip and dismantle the altar. The stone floor cracked open, and Alex emerged, flanked by his loyal followers who had been twisted and corrupted by the demon's influence. I am not under any form of duress or coercion to pay heed to this agreement.
