Things could be worse. Later that night, I woke up from loud laughter coming from somewhere in the house. I squinted at my watch. Almost midnight. My stomach rumbled. Gosh, I've skipped dinner due to exhaustion again. The laughter sounded, pulling my thoughts away from hunger. Was Uno having someone over? I stood from the bed and stretched.

They gradually walked back to the treehouse engaging in small talk As they approached the tree they said their good night. " I'll see you later " Zenith says to them as they did their group hugging. She was happy to be part of the group. She smiled as she went home. She groaned as she pushed her hair out of her face . "Why do I keep waking up at odd hours of the night" she sighs glancing at the clock that read 3:30 a.m.

Beyond the door was a dining area, dimly lit and filled with people. “Looks like I am not the only one seeking out food at this hour," Liora mumbled. “You would be surprised as to what people actually order at midnight in hotels.” Raphael whispered. Liora looked at him and laughed at the serious look on his face, shaking her head at how he is able to pull a joke and still remain serious. “What? I am really not joking.” He stated, his voice dropping lower. Liora laughed more, unable to help herself. She had just met the man, and he somehow found a way to make her laugh so hard.
