Isabel POV The room seemed to tilt as the image of Diego filled the monitors. Miguel froze beside me, his expression shifting from shock to a hard, cold rage. “That’s your brother?” I whispered. Miguel didn’t respond. “Impressive, isn’t it?” Gideon’s voice broke through the tension. He stood at the console, his posture relaxed, as if we weren’t moments away from chaos. “Diego’s conviction has been an asset. Unlike you, Miguel, he understands the bigger picture.”

“Your instructions were clear! You said to give him to the Viperas first and I did just that.” “What the fuck is wrong with this man?” I asked Carlos. “Is he insane?” “You better stop joking with my boss, else you'll regret it,” Carlos threatened. “I’m not joking, I let the Viperas do whatever they wanted with Pablo Diaz. You can ask him.” “Ask who?” “Ask me,” I heard a familiar voice say from behind the door. Then it opened and in my very eyes Miguel stood there, wearing that smug smile he always did when he teased me.

Xander cocked an eyebrow at the man as they made their way out of the police station. “At the Deputy District Attorney to be precise.” Miguel smirked. “That explains a lot actually.” Xander chuckled. “Hey, Selena said she had big news but she never got to tell me what it was.” Serenity asked out of the blue, suddenly remembering her friend’s words after the service today. “I’ve been offered a position as District Attorney in Los Angeles.’ He smiled. Miguel was actually a US citizen, he chose to move to Mexico for work after his brother was killed and his killer was never brought to justice.

Darryl waved his hand and said, "Now, go!" Miguel felt like weeping, but he had no tears. How could that antidote only last for half a year? However, when he saw the firm expression on Darryl's face, he did not dare to say anything else. He nodded and said, "Yes, don't worry. From now on, I will guard the Blazing Sun Gate and work for the people sincerely." Then, Miguel turned around and entered the secret passage. Morticia was dissatisfied with how Darryl dealt with the situation. "That man is a pervert, and he is good at abusing his power. Are you just going to let him go like that?"

It's his way of telling me that he's here. "You're up against the Luna Queen and Beta Octavio. There is nothing much I can do for you, Eero. Don't you think it's time that you rekindle your bond with Claudius?" Miguel suggested. I pulled my hands from his hold of it, and I looked away. ******** "Eero, I'm worried about you. I can't contact your phone." Diana greeted me as soon as Miguel and I entered the condo. I took my phone out of the bag and tried to open it, but it looked like I had a dead battery.

They had seen him argue and leave the house angry at his father the night his mother suffered that attack and he had told his father he was never coming back to the house. He noticed that one of the workers, Diaz was not around. Diaz is Mr Tiguan's driver and he has always been suspicious of him. He never likes his gut, he has seen Diaz sneak out at odd hours to make and receive calls. He has even confronted him about his sneaky behaviour around the house and he has claimed to be attending to family issues and he doesn't want to bother them. "Where is Diaz?" he asked and all the other workers looked at each other and Fernandez was surprised.

Then we come up with another idea ********** Miguel’s POV As I sat at my desk in my office, sweaty and tired from my run, I thought about Abby being missing for three days now. I felt like a ticking time bomb as rage, anger, and hatred built up inside of me. Then I think about Eliza who was in a coma now, she wanted to leave, she made me feel like a fool, and I did too. I did beat up that b***h Eliza, though, and I wished she would die in the end. I needed her, but she’s useless to me now.
