*Gwen's POV* I was in a inn with my secret lover, Martin. after taking an excuse that I had some things to sought out, I had left my bay with Rex's mother. I asked him what he means.

Gwen appears in the doorway standing just behind the other ladies here to make up pretty and she scowls at Maggie, who is completely unphased. “You are mates Gwen. New mates at that. It’s perfectly normal to be all over each other.” Gwen groans and I join Maggie’s giggling. It feels weird to have a third girl, especially one so young, but I have to admit that Gwen has grown on me. Kind of like an obnoxious sister-in-law. “His parents are already asking for an heir,” she says as we all walk back into the main room. “Like, dudes, I just turned eighteen. Can I at least have a year with my mate before I provide heirs?”

She turned on the shower and took a deep breath as she recalled all that had happened between her and Ricardo. When did they go this far? She didn't plan things to work out this way. Gwen came out of the shower, picked up her pen, and began to write her resignation letter. When she was done, she fell on her bed and dozed off.

Gwen let out, shoving Odessa off her and finally letting out breaths and filling her lungs with air. Gwen gawked at the still foaming she-wolf. Never did she think they would draft apart one day. They were supposed to explore the world, they promised to live together with their mates, they promised to do a lot but look at them now, so messed up.
