The light hit my eyes as they adjusted sometimes to reopen. After blinking several times I finally could see. I was shocked to see the ones who were talking just now. There were three dwarfs in front of me in the dress of pirates. The males were wearing a dirty white shirt, ragged and torn which was loose till the waist with a pair of cotton pants and boots. The female was wearing the same just with a black skirt. They were wearing black hats where the sign of a skull was printed. They looked at me with wide eyes just the same as me as we all get shocked to see each other.

There had to be some way for her to knock the gem free of the case without touching the glass under the spell. The dragon’s tail came around as he fought against the attackers. Right then, Blazewing breathed fire across the surface, and the glass shimmered instantly, clearing to reveal an image.

Prince Rauthorn suddenly stood up, anger in his eyes. "What in hel did you call my people, you white-haired whoreson?" The two stared at each other for a moment and the whole room went silent. They both moved closer to each other by putting their hands on the table and leaning in, their faces nearly touching, then the anger in their faces slowly disappeared and turned into big grins.
