I said. “You are uncertain.” Silence. The second supervisor shifted slightly. “The instructions changed yesterday,” he said. “And they were not reinforced.” There it was. A gap. Small. But critical. “Why was it not reinforced,” I asked. Neither answered immediately. Because they did not know. That was the problem. Marcus stepped forward. “We will address communication flow,” he said. “Yes,” I replied. “But not later.” “Now.” The message moved quickly. Adjustments began immediately. Clarifications issued.
