I should have known he would take it that way. “That’s not what I meant at all.” I say trying to calm him down. “I feel like I can never say anything right with you.” He says and I feel the same way. I feel like we always misunderstand each other. “What I meant is I would like to meet my family one day. Only if you feel comfortable, no pressure.” He says over explaining himself.
